Hi to all free men and women I have just registered again as I could not remember my last password.
I have been a somewhat active member over the past 2 years and have been fighting to fight,
I am in need of some real help guys I de registered my vehicle Last year August and have been travelling without a Road licence since February of this year, I have had three encounters with the Police and dvla TRYING TO lift my private property. However I was successful in making them see the errors of their ways.
On Tuesday of this week I accidently parked in a disable bay un knowingly, I paid for a pay and display which normally I would not do. When I returned to my vehicle it was gone.
I went to the local Compound and saw my vehicle in their compound.
I waited for another truck to arrive and when the gate opened I went, jumped into my property and attempted to take it out of their pound.
My son had stood by the gate which stopped the gate from closing but as I was about to get out, when my way was blocked by another council official who was leaving as I went in and reversed his van blocking my exit.
Anyway after a while of explain that my car was taken without my consent, even though There is an exemption Notice attached to the screen WARNING them that they may be liable for up to £30.000 if they remove or hinder the owner in anyway.
They called the POLICE who when they arrived I explain to the male police that I was a freeman acting under common law and said that I understand he was not to get involved as this was a civil matter and he was only there make sure the peace was not broken. This he agreed.
But after around forty five minute of them being there, the female officer began to get agitated and then said "I have had enough of this, unless you move your car back into the pound I will arrest you for breach of the peace.
I tried to explain that no breach of the peace had taken place and I had no intention of breaching it or moving my vehicle.
I was then told I was under arrest for parking my vehicle across the threshold of the pound and in her eyes that was a breach of the peace. I have video proof of all that she said and more. She even added that other charges of Trespassing, theft act and a liability act as well as the breach of the peace. I was put into a van without my rights being red and taken to their custody unit in CROYDON. I refused to tell them where I lived of my date of birth but I gave my name. After three and a half hour I was released without charge.

Since then I have been trying to get hold of a Statutory Declaration. Which the courts sent me from pillar to post. I eventually downloaded a template on line filled it out and had it witnessed by a Local Solicitor at the cost of £5.00.
yesterday Friday Morning 06 July 2012, I made my way the CROYDON MAGISTRATES COURT, after Paying £25.00 to the courts Office to go before a Magistrate, I was summoned to the witness box,
I was sworn in and the magistrate began to read my papers of which was my Stat Dec, my complaint, the cost and the BILL OF RIGHTS 1689 highlighted on section 2 Claus 12
Which pointed to the fact that what was done is infect unlawful. The Magistrate began to tell me I was in the wrong place and that I should be in the County Court.
I told him that infect the County Court had sent me to Magistrates Court He should at least look at it.
At This time he began to seem to be uncomfortable in proceeding with the matter. The Clerk rose and said Sir I think you should retire and read the complaint as it was extensive. He basically said no, I have other matters and cannot deal with this and got up and left.
I said how can you do this you are supposed to hear my case
I was then told by the Clark that the Magistrate has said that he cannot hear this as I was in the wrong place and I should step out of the witness box.
I repeated that I should be heard. Within 20 second six security men rushed into the court, I advised them not to touch me as I am now claiming common Law jurisdiction and if they were to put they hand on me I will file for assault. I asked for the Police to be called and as I turned to my left I noticed a wick. As I was about to speak to her, I was grabbed by my neck and arms. Then with force, pushed and dragged out of the court room, they knocked off my glasses of my face and broke them. I was then pushed out of the front entrance bay six security staff and was then told that I was not allowed back into the court,
I advised them that what they had just done was against the law and that I had been assaulted by all of them I was then given my broken glasses. I asked them to retrieve my paperwork. After about half an hour I was told I am not entitled to get them back. I have four INDEPENDANT PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO BE WITNESSES OF WHAT THEY SAW
My car is still in the Pound the charges are still going up daily and what worst one of my windows is open allowing all this rain we are getting to ingress. PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP MY Number is 07772108392 if a JH is available to speak with my I would be most grateful
