SUE WORK PROGRAMME

now the work programme providers differ from dwp in that they are not a government authority ...similar situation to the police and the garages they appoint to seize vehicles . in the event you get a sanction doubt raised for "non compliance" it would be a better option ( and probably easier) to look at going for the provider rather than the dwp or better still the individual who raised the doubt ....normally this would be your adviser. the rule of law can be said to be thus : the intenional causing of financial loss ,and possibly stress and anguish . the kicker is that the action of sanctioning you will incur loss which was FORESEEABLE in other words they knew the effect a sanction would have . even the fact of paying solicitors to defend the case will have most advisors shitting themselves and if they lose the case its probly going to cost them a packet . a defence for them will be to say " i was only carrying out directives" yeah so were the defendants at nuremberg .another factor is the dwp will close ranks and probaby tell the adviser errrr your on your own sorry . hope it happens soon

How about taking out a Commercial Lien on them as a way of imposing your own sanctions?

We are all individuals in a common law jurisdiction no one can hide behind someone else, and claim immunity for their actions.

"We were just following orders" was not considered a defence at Nuremberg

Opinions welcome.
