They may as well be so blatant and swear such an oath because from where the people are standing that appears to be about the strength of it.

The authorities swear an oath to their Queen and then go on to tell us the public when we state it to them, that it makes no difference to their authority or duty even though their authority derives of their Queen...

How would that work if it were another trade.
When we agree to be employed by a company etc, we also agree to abide by their authority and procedures/policies. If we do not adhere to them, we nullify the contract and thereby they can dispense with your services or worse.
However, we are told to believe that it does not work as such with those in authority derived via their Queen...

If the police are under the authority of their Queen, then they are also under all that she swore to do, whether or not they subscribe to her beliefs.

I couldn't tell you what they are.
Firstly, God is supreme and there is no ther above God, so who would God be answerable to... However, God abides by his own law, for the law is Gods word and Gods word is foundation.
Therefore, there is no double standard...

But we weren't talking about being answerable to someone. We were talking about being above your own rules.

God does not abide by his own rules as is quite clear in the Bible, particularly in the old testament.
A very good point.
Many have claimed to be one with God and then on the other hand have not obeyed his law. They have done this for a miriad of reasons. In fact many still do...
Look around the world, many kill others and all in the claim of Gods name. How often do we see the news bulletins and are shown a war or similar in the middle east. In that clip we usually see bombs or shots fired etc and then followed by the words "Allah Akbar."
Also, the catholics/christians, history tell us constantly about the murders they have carried out...

The problem is that those people believe they are acting in accordance with God's will, just like you do.

Surely you are aware "The created is not greater than the creator." The bible clearly shows that God follows his own rules, perhaps you fail to understand it due to a lack of knowledge of it...

No, for example; Moses did not have to believe he was acting of Gods will because he was in direct communication with him and therefore knew he was proceeding of Gods will.

Despite what you may believe, just as DNA is encoded so as to ensure it will do what is required, so are men/women. Gods will is written within our very beings, we tend to refer to it as instinct, nature etc.
Of course, just as DNA can fail due to many variables, usually external, then so can man/woman especially in light of having freewill.
Often when a man woman goes against their nature(Gods will) they cannot live with the emotions/guilt that it brings on and thereby often harm or kill themselves. Do we not see such happen with soldiers...

Al in all, I do not have to believe that I am under and of Gods will, for I know it is so because it is inherently built within my being, just as with all others it is so.

I have to say that reading through this post and getting to this statement ljtherock that I am some what offended. Do you think that because one doesn't claim the same esoteric stance as you, they are some how lesser, disfunctional and need prompting in their processes of thought.

I am perfectly happy using my senses to provide me with truth about the world about what serves and what doesn't. You sir I think like to bible babel. I think maybe you probably wish your wrote it. You may want to get your nose out of the good book and look up once in a while.

Who put you on pedestal so high you think you have to look down on everyone else?

If you have found your heaven good for you sir but don't surmise I want or need your help to find mine.

Signed an offended Non Believer

@GrahamS.

If as you claim you are offended then it is of your own will.

As to your claim of myself upon a pedestal, no not I. you are the one claiming I am upon a pedestal.

If my words cause you offense then you must look to your own self as to why this is truly so...

Before you continue on in your false rational and hypocrisy of me personally in context of exaltation, pedestals, not looking up to see, know me personally first and also seek to redress your own self first.
From such stance we can debate.

Finally, I appreciate your title you bestow upon me of Sir, but I neither want nor need it and certainly if I did it would not be offered in a mocking respect.

Religious oppression was the predecessor to the state oppression we have now. Praise be to that.

@GrahamS.

We are in agreement in regards to religous oppression. All religions are oppressive, to state only a part of their decieptful agenda.

I know that the majority have a hard time over the simple truth that religion and God are two entirely different specie.

Religions have and continue to play their role throughout history and present of confounding the people and keeping them from truth, most usually via the creating the division between the people themselves.
In turn dividing the people away from the truth.

A house divided can not stand...

As to the state, is it not just a doppelganger of the above... ;)
