How To Embed Video Within The Forum

How to embed video within a post. This is gonna help you get more people to watch the video you're providing. Sometimes it's a good idea to provide both the video embedded together with the link in full underneath.

When you start your post enter the Youtube URL as such :

Code: Select all

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LXpRn6etGw

Then remove everything up to the equal sign '=' , so in this case you'll be left with :

-LXpRn6etGw

Highlight the remaining code then click on the 'Youtube' button (On the far right) in the control panel above your text window.

OR, place these tags on either side like so :

[youtube]-LXpRn6etGw[/youtube]

Your video will then be visable within the post without the user having to be redirected away from the site.
