Hi dom,
Lets try a different angle why not request the settlement figure to be invoiced to remove any controversy, please have the head of finance sign and approve. They ain't gonna send it but you can build up the portfolio of acceptance for contesting down the line......

If they do send an invoice(I don't think much chance of that) just accept and return, BOE style!

If they don't send back it up with time-scaled response of opportunity knocks!!!

The likelihood is they will ignore and send to county bailiff - yes a bailiff- authorised by council not court which will not doubt get no where and rack up extortionate rope to hang themselves and pass back to the council, for further try to acheive warrants of commital with more false adjudications and to imprison unlawfully but the bright side its 90 days full board - breakfast, diner, evening meal full gym facilities and detox therapy and the cost to the dumb tax payer!! and they think the sensible's in charge hey???

Notice of acceptance

Dear Ian of the Wilson family,

I am in receipt of your letter entitled “COUNCIL TAX NOTICE OF LIABILITY ORDER”
It is my understanding that a default judgment was made against MR DOMINIC JAY DE’LAYNE on the 18th November 2010 at Stevenage Magistrates Court. To resolve this matte once and for all, can you please ask your head of finance to send me a settlement figure Invoice, signed and approved at your earliest convenience.

Also, please can you send me the original “LIABILITY ORDER” signed in wet ink by the magistrate that issued it, also their bar number.

Sincerely without malice, ill will, vexation or frivolity

Good man turn the dispute on them ... don't forget to ask for the Invoice to be attached to a statement of service....

statement of service
An itemized statement of service refers a detailed listing of services provided to an individual or entity. It is opposed to a general, overall description which may cover services rendered over a period of time that are billed as a lump sum. Details that may be included, among others, include the date of service, the service performed, the time spent, and the charge. Standards and content vary by context and governing entity.

After all its your money/debt/note, So lets not make it to easy on them.... NOW WHO'S LIABLE?

Oh I would rename the NOTICE to conditional acceptance on demand of account performance

As Stevenage Borough Council is unwilling to answer any of my reasonable questions in my previous notices, this once again is an opportunity for Stevenage Borough Council to bring this issue to a satisfactory conclusion.

Also, please can you send me the original “LIABILITY ORDER” signed in wet ink by the magistrate that issued it, also their bar number.

After more phone calls and more investigating it all keeps coming back round to the local council. "WHAT A FUCKIN JOKE" magistrates dont sign liability orders individually, they sign them in one "JOB LOT" It looks like Stevenage Borough councils way of dealing with me is to NOT to respond at all.

I think its about time for ACTION like dave said, we need to gather as much information as poss and have a meet up ? bring this deception to the limelight and move forward with positive conviction. We can only do so much as individuals, so who will stand up and be counted ? I for one have had it up to my neck with these parasites..

To all human beings and friends..
