Notice of conditional acceptance on demand of account performance
Dear Ian of the Wilson family,
I am in receipt of your letter entitled “COUNCIL TAX NOTICE OF LIABILITY ORDER”
It is my understanding that a default judgment was made against MR DOMINIC JAY DE’LAYNE on the 18th November 2010 at Stevenage Magistrates Court. To resolve this matter once and for all, can you please ask your head of finance to send me a settlement figure Invoice, signed and approved, also please make sure there is a “statement of service” attached to this invoice, please send at your earliest convenience.
As Stevenage Borough Council is unwilling to answer any of my reasonable questions in my previous notices, this once again is an opportunity for Stevenage Borough Council to bring this issue to a satisfactory conclusion.
Also, please can you send me the original “LIABILITY ORDER” signed in wet ink by the magistrate that issued it, also their bar number.
Sincerely without malice, ill will, vexation or frivolity
