Fair enough i just noticed the post i made about travellers which well was a bit nasty and narrowminded I'll note this and make sure to voice my opinions with a bit more integrity in the future.

brave man, you stood up, at some point everybody has to decide for themselves when to say "NO" to this abuse of power.
They are pushing us into a corner every minute.
Magistrates court is a scam. You are guilty by default. no evidence provided, no cross examination, so basically it means that any cop can say anything against you and lock you up or take money from you

our words are weak against their actions, you can write affidavits, notarized documents, etc, they just don't give a scheisse about that

That is vague. I dont have to appear in court for a seatbelt infraction because I cant be arrested and detained fot that infraction, therefore BAIL should not be an option. Why am I being held to BAIL? I should only be fined for this. Please be more specific when you try to explain why I should be foreced to got to court, when they law clearly states that I shoudn't.
