well i never , sis busted growing plants

just had a call to say my sis is locked up , firstly she spent 3 years in mental ward and couldnt grow grass never mind skunk , she has 4 sons all teenagers and one of them who is 17 is a right tw@ , the police come to the house looking for him and my sis being non the wiser let them in to look for him , they smelled it and have found 12 plants in the cellar of the house and arrested my sis for it .

im thinking its bye bye house as housing will evict her , dont know what she is being held for but the poolice know whose the plants are now , all i know so far is they are only 3 weeks old but mum seen a photo and she estimated there 2ft tall ( big for 3 weeks lol ) guess my sis or my nephew is going on a holiday in the queens hotel , ill find out more later .

I've been busted a few times over the years and 2ft plants in 3 weeks is unbelievable even from a rooted cutting, but it's not a big deal for first time personal production though depending on how many plants they actually had? usually a fine or community service, no custodial sentance for 1st time.

Drug squads should know the difference between a warehouse setup for profit and a home setup for personal use.

Most people incriminate themselves by admitting to passing a spliff, or giving a little bit to friends which is then admitting supplying (dealing) which is considered more serious than just personal, so best not to say anything as is the usual advice when dealing with the old bill.

they found 12 plants under ordanairy flourecent lights , mum went in the interview with my sis and has just told me on the phone sis kept saying there her plants but my mum said she coulndt grow grass in the garden never mind green , they have had her in since last night and are apparently looking for my nephew who has record fo allkinds at 17 but never growing , sis admitted smoking it and said that there for there own use as she knows her 4 sons smoke it in the house as she preferes them in where she knows what there up to , supprised they are holding my sis as she is on weekly injection of some sort to keep her slightly sane , the tv talks to her and she sees things that aint there if she doesent have her injection , mum said they have had the nurse in who looks after my sis and they are hapy to hold her , im off out to pick my son up now but will find out more later , glad im 20 mile from it all .

my nephew has been charged with possesion with intent to supply , my sister has been charged with ading and abeting , mum said she admited in the interview to smoking it and she knew they where there , dont talk to my sis cos she supports her sons regardless of what they do , i had her here with 2 of her sons a while back and caugh her sons trying to get into a house , i aint spoke to them since , i hope they stick her son away she will get some peace .

hardlies a sophisticated operation is it ?... the courts seem to be very inconsistent when determining the punishments for such offences... but usually they are pretty lenient...

if she holds her hands up and sez its a fair cop... they were for personal use only... fine / community service / suspended sentence / or combination of all 3 probs
