u-turn in a violent gang member's atittude

raised a complaint down at the police station and left my contact number.
got a call from an inspector who drivelled on about my attitude - he wasnt prepared to accept that i have opinions!
anyway, i kept him on the phone for about half hour as i dont normally have an audience - his attitude was steadily progressing towards level 1 c@ck - so i drew out my ace:
"I HAVE THE WHOLE EPISODE (OF YOUR OFFICERS CONDUCT) CAPTURED ON VIDEO AND AM CONSIDERING POSTING IT ON A VERY POPULAR SHARING NETWORK"
in my life i have never experienced such a u-turn as in this drone's attitude. within the hour i was called back by his sergeant who has promised to launch a full-scale investigation. i told him that the video has already been copied but that i will not post it online until after his investigation. i promised him that i would give him a week and one chance only to report back to me with something that i will find acceptable.
guys you MUST record (covertly or otherwise) any incidents involving these violent gang member thugs cos their bond is strong-they are good at controlling people cos thats their job-and most love it passionately

This does illustrate one thing tho'..... If you wield a bigger 'stick' than they do,then you just might get them to do the right thing ! That's how they operate......

just updating because the timescale i set for them has passed

brief scenario: was parked up in an empty local car park in broad daylight when a policy officer pulled up at the side of me and tried to enter into business with me. he started asking me personal questions such as my name and the reason for my being there, i asked him why he thought i may want to trade with him and he replied that because there were lots of reports of drug users he needs to be satisfied that i am not one. i politely rebuffed this accusation and told him i wanted no further business and proceeded to drive off slowly
he pounced out of his car and put his arm through my window and took the key from right out of the ignition - deadlocking me inside my car - and proceeded to question me
i offered him mirrored questions until he decided to further misuse his position by wandering around the car speaking into his radio ignoring my repeated requests to be given back my key and allowed to open the door
as i had already wasted far too much time with this ignorant member of my human race i offered him a token gesture by stating what i was actually doing there (which was perfectly lawful and legal) and by providing proof of this
not happy with my attitude (or at least his perverted translation of my attitude) he began to insist on wanting to know my name - i told him that as my time was valuable to me i would confirm my initials only

anyway..it goes on for about an hour but i have about 30 minutes on film including where i begin to let the devil get the better of me and begin patronising him - some may even find it funny

looking back i could have done and said many things better but i was caught somewhere in the middle of being a sheep and a sovereign - in any case i am sure that the pc involved will remember me for a while and maybe even have a little admiration for my stance

can anyone suggest some good mp4 video editing software and from where it may be gotten as i want to protect the full identity of all involved - distort the voice a little, blurry out the face a little and add subtitles for the benefit of the hard of hearing - once i'm happy with it i'l let it loose
