bristow and sutor

Postby mojo » Tue Mar 22, 2011 1:18 pm

Hi
My girlfriend has just received a hand delivered letter from bristow and sutor, for none payment of council tax
Me and my girlfriend are both foster carers and have been unemployed ever since being a council tenant , which to my understanding I get my council tax paid by the tax’s everyone else pays including myself. The letter was hand delivered to my Grandmothers address and she had to sign for it not my girlfriend, I’ve got a picture of the liability order if anyone could help me or offer some advice. I am going to the British Constitution Group conference in stoke and I will be asking for help there to because I also have issues with the social service and the foster daughter I have.
Thanks to everyone that are willing to help.

Who authorises the visit fee cost? £24.50 to post a letter? Why not just walk to the council offices hand them 55p and include a clip-art sheet that shows you charge £180 visit fees.

Exactly. If they can charge a private fee to deliver, you can charge a private fee to return it :) or did some judge authorize the amount with power of law?

No need for Council Tax eh.

Do you ever leave your house or leave the confines of your land? If so, you use the Council's services that Council tax pays for and leaches like you mean other people have to pay more to accommodate your non-payment. Ever you been to a local park, walked on the street, driven in a town, been to a library, eaten in a restaurant, went to a pub, got a licensed taxi, been thankful for a streetlight, noticed that that your rubbish mysteriously disappears? If required would you call the police, ambulance or fire service?

What exactly do you think Council Tax goes own other than you, you fuckwit? Why should everyone else pay extra for non-payers like you and yet you still enjoy the same services as everyone else? Hmmm? Riddle me that?

No need? You're a moron.

In that case maybe the great all knowing umbongo can enlighten us as to how these "services" were paid for prior to the implementation of the Local Finance Act 1992?

Were there no street lights prior to 1992?
