I also have looked into "HAARP", although I am no physisyst....

Question - What other way than war is a way to destroy a country?? Japan cannot feed it self (before quake), it imported 30% of it's food....

NWO - Food will be premium, it's already getting that way NOW...

If you reseached HAARP - there ARE newspaper reports quoting a Asian politician, whom addmitted his Government PAID the US for a Hurricane/tornado to run along the coast to clear the smog fromit's cities.......

HAARP has THREE sites - main one is claimed to be in Alaska, the indigenous peoples (i believe to be Innuits) with assistance monitor the HAARP site.. I think they monitor sysmic action around the HAARP site... Claims are -

1/ Harrp was active during Hiati quake...
2/ Haarp active during the Japan quake...
3/ Unreported Hurricane BIGGER than Katrina off coast of NYC on the day of 9/11 - suddenly handbrake turn away from NYC after 9/11 bull happened. There ARE satalight pics...
There is also claims of another natural disaster but I cannot recall - (don't think was Iceland)... South America maybe?

Russia has had the capabilities to "make rain" since the early 80's - there are press claims they used the tech as well!! See newspapers around 1976 ish - reason being we (UK) had severe drout....

I believe the system is based around the Tessla system/idea... I asked my self due to the following the DAY AFTER Japan
1/ Japan has suffered a triple wammy - firstly the Quakes location and the subsiquent tremmors (if 7.2 and 8 etc can be called tremmors) there has been OVER 800...
2/ Tsunami at the weekest point of the country near a Nuke plant!!
3/ Radiation - I believe that the figures are crap - either the main R (radiation) spill happened very soon after the Quake or the figures are wrong... I remember the Chenobyl disaster from the news - this is 3 or 4 times bigger!! they are STILL not back to norm and the people still suffer abnormalities at birth etc...

Japan is essentially F'd - R in the water table, next Generations will be effected... Current Gens are effected.. R reaching US and UK....

Nuclear Power will not be blamed - as EVERY country is being PUSHED to use electric cars & trains, even though most countries claim they cannot keep up with demand NOW.... Think about it - Rape seed etc is being ruled out before real testing!! So if Japans N plant was poorly secured we will not know the truth.... UK said it will not change it's stance....

I like others a little time ago would think NO way.... yet, 911 has shown us that anything is possible.. Who'd think the US would destroy it's own buildings? CIA had floor in building 7.. Bush brother cancelled meeting in towers as he had meeting there on 9/11... The towers were full of Asbestos and would of have to been demolished brick by brick... Pentagon hit just after financial doc moved to the crash locality... 5 trillion dollars missing?!?!?!?!
