yes it is sad.....I have noticed over the last 20years how so much more is about percentage than it is the child or human being...we use to be treated as individuals now children are like animals hurded together treated the same regardless of situation and or circumstance.............robots is the only word that comes to mind...if feelings where a priority then this would not happen...shows how society are getting numbed to feelings........and not alot shocks people any more...maybe due to media coverage it is in our lifes 247 so becomes the norm.........we may so oh what a shame there has been a killing or murder so and so place but what with games on xbox which covers war fighting etc we are being accustomed to this so it dont shock............I could be wrong just my minimal observation lol...

much love to you and yours dee-ramini(X)

Unfortunantly they operate like the stasi, and will see your children as objects and their property, very very twisted! :o

I have got kids and they will not be going to CORPORATE school, were they are misinformed to the point of boiling over like a kettle! No chance, it didnt do me any favours! Buggers!

My problem is that my son actually likes school, but the day he turns around and says he hates it will be the best day of my life and I cant stop sending him! With regards to their control however, I have realised the school work on the contract system like everything else and which is why I have refused to sign the 'home/school parent agreement' as it basically states that I will force my 6 yr old into homework and atend regularly! FUCK OFF. He is 6  and I refuse to write to them and give them evidence of anything. Prime example Dee is this, last year I took my son out for 2 holidays meaning he had about 2 and half weeks off and didnt bother to write to them for bloody permsiison or give an excuse (remember they are your kids-er write to who to get permission for what now???-er NO  ) and they didnt say anything, however one of my friends who has a son at the school stupidly wrote to them about their holiday and they fined her! I think its because she gave them the evidence, if they wanna prove I took my son on holiday, they can gather their own evidence in their own time :D Seriously fuck their shitty system, if we wanna take a day of to go to the cinema then we will-the key to this is your mentality, you need to know you own your kids, cos the goverment may have the paper that says they legally own them, but you own them with your heart and soul and that counts for more than their paper-trust me. Dont give into the fear dee :D hey he had a half day on friday because apprently when they say they wanna close the school, its okay, so I gave him the ther half the day off and we went shopping and thats exactly what ill tell his teacher-i just wont write it down :D I'll say it one last time-FUCK THEM :D Scuze my language for today I am angry pregnant lion lady feeling protective of my cubs :D
If you can IMAGINE it, its possible...............

Nice Tam, a mother with a back bone, I always let the school know I’m the father, and they are my son/daughters, and not anybody’s child.

If their attendance is less than 92%, that means they've been off for 8% of the time. When a school year is 195 days, thats means they've had 39 days off sick - that's nearly 2 months of school days.

I sincerely hope your child is getting the medical attention they require.

If, as you seemed to have worked out, they had 2 months off school because they are sick wouldn't it follow that they have probably seen the doctor more than their peers and would then be receiving the medical attention they require? Would it be more likely that the child who attended school constantly with no days off could be attending school ill and thus not receiving the medical attention they require..

just a thought..

Hi ALL, nice to see your replies...........personally the day my youngest leaves secondary school will be the happiest day of my life.....the way I have seen schools change over 24 years is disgusting.....believe me I have a back bone and have fought for not only my children but others too over the years, these days I am not interested in the schools and like you tam....years ago my third child was getting bullied at secondary school, and we had evidence in our hands of her hair that had been pulled out....well my daughter got sent home cos of the whole thing and i went to the head and said with my hand holding my daughters, and said good we will go shopping and have a lovely day with this walked out....I have lost count the amount of times I have spoken up and will continue to do so....yes I am tired of said systems....my youngest now of 4 is happy at school, and my motto is if my kids are happy and not affected by said systems then I am happy.....I dont like schools, I have little respect and time for them cos I feel schools are about them and not our children....and I constantly encourage my children to keep their minds and do not be brain washed etc....I wont go on and waffle and bore you sensless but my passion are for our children all our children not just mine, parents support other parents, and keep our kids minds safe from brain corruption and threats.

the system is their business it dont have to be ours....I work outside of it if you know what i mean, but it will never ruin my family ever........ now they are bringing in finger printing and having cashless dinner times....they get a card and their thumb is scanned with their account.....they have assured us it dont go on a data base ?????hhhhmmm????? yeh right........everything is corrupt look what is coming out in the news...have any of you had any letters regarding this? thank you once again for your replies and may we stand united for our childrens safety as human beings...much love to you and your families dee-ramini(X)
