Hello everyone,
I followed the procedure set out on this forum and when BBC sent me letters I wrote to Chairman etc. Cut a long story short they eventually sent round an inpector, who asked for Mr Robert ........., to which I stated I am Robert of the family name......... not Mr Robert .........
He wrote various notes and then refused to give me a copy of them when I requested them saying "No, you won't tell me who you are so I'm not giving you copies"
Nex thing a letter from BBC arrives saying basically we were going to take you to court but as you've set up a payment plan we won't.
I never set up any payment plan !
The a court summons arrives to which I replied with a copy of the BBC letter and again stating I am Robert of the family name ......
They have now written back having adjourned the case for a month stating I must fill out their form and give them a list of my earnings etc, they want my rebuttal on their form not in letter format.
I don't feel I should even bother to give them it because the case as far as I'm concerned and the latest paperwork from BBC means it should not have reached court as there is no dispute.
What do you guys reckon I should do next? Turn up at court? Just write another letter, which could end up with them h earing the case in my absence?
Your thoughts are welcome,
Robert
