under pace which these enforcement officers question you under,just say you had been drinking,im fairly certain that a statment taken while under the influance of should be thrown out ,the best bit is only police officers are allowed to deciede wether some one is drunk our not,so disprove i had been drinking when i spoke these enforcement officers.

yes but dont say this under any cirumstances if your sitting at the wheel of your car... :D

everything is "IMO" if you want to argue ring your local jobsworth council officer...they love it..

We can add this to the 'answering the door as a pantomime horse' idea :lol: .
But there are any number of other ruses. Personally I think appearing naked, waving a fish slice and shouting 'Where's me teeth?' might have them beating a hasty retreat.
The downside is of course that one may end up getting sectionned :roll:

Downside? there's perhaps a few on here thinking "all those lovely free mind bending drugs"

Dont know why someone learned in these things hasnt put the panto horse advice on youtube yet...might help a few people trying it getting free drugs... :D
