F.P.N isued to me but never sighned

hi all just a quick question. i was givin a fixed penelty ticket (notice) the other day for breach of the peach before a got let out of custody (after a long 8 hours ) . the thing is its all been filled in apart from the part wich says ( i acknowledge receipt of this penalty notice ) which i was ment to sighn bt was never asked to. does this not make the ticket invalid because i did not sighn it to acknowledge i recived it ? thanks in advance

just a quick thing i will pay this if i have to because it was my fault for being drunk lol

no the police and the courts are that corrupt it doesn't matter if you sign or not they will get there fee
did you give them your name if so then pay the fine as you have contracted with them by submitting your name
oh and just think can they really smack your arse for being drunk or was there more to it than you are letting go

i refused to speak to them and just answered everything with no comment. but they took my wallet and evrything off me so had all the details they needed.a did get a sore one off them for it tho ( not good ). but as far as i am aware i never recived any fine from them coz a never sighned it so even on there copy and the original it wont be signed same as mine. yeah a just was drunk thats y they let me out after i had sobered up lol not a big drinker so a few and am away with the fairies lol
