as stated I dont want to fill it out whats the biggest the book they got throw at me , the magic number 1000 pound , fine? maybe the commer shouldnt be there but im pissed off . I called the ONS to ask how the data would be handled . The lady i spoke to was polite as was I but she soon became confused and told me take it up with the guy at my door when he comes , so the first guy came he seemed nice i voiced my concerns and asked my questions ,he didnt have a clue how to answer my questions either , and told me ill have to wait for the next guy . 'They' then came round banging on the door like they were robert peel, ( no capitalization) peering into my house through the window, i went outside to ask thier buisness, and ended up inadvertantly representing myself as the fiction,(as it seems)
or is that prestenting ?

i asked the same questions about how data would be handled and voiced concerns about cockheadandbarking . one of the guys pushed 2 pages of a generic response into my hand ( in his staement one guy claims i went inside to read it , the other doesnt, I got front page and back ,if it was a sarnie id be miffed) that was obviously missing afew pages , had nothing to do with lockhead, or martin, or how data will be handled just spouts census laws census act 1920 , census order 2009, the census regulations 2010 section 8(1) and the bogus claims of section 39 of the statistics and regulations service act .None of wich settle my point.
I entered a plea of not guilty as i am not refusing to comply I mearly want assurance (reguarding the safty of my data,given track records)which im positive they cant give.

In court in 3wks, can i give an 'affidavit', try ' duress',( dont even know if that makes sense) as a last resort to not filling it in ?
can they check bank or other such details to confirm my info ? do i still have the right to fill it in , in privacy and hand it over in a sealed envolope? ( if i do decide to scrawl on it ) is the maximum penalty £1000 , or is it £1000 and fill it in ?

any help would be great even just helping me understand the words its a tricky game and am loosing sleep ,

forgot to add when i ws read my rights under caution and asked do i understand i answerd , i stand under no man , I should of said I overstand but ??? I also made a point that the country was being led astray??

Imo the thing to watch out for is the court costs. Could be as much as or more than the fine.
If the last census is anything to go by people might get a last minute chance to fill the b* thing in.
