I have been refusing to pay a 'fine',which resulted in non payment of a fixed penalty notice for not wearing my seatbelt. I have previously issued 2 affidavits to both the 'enforcement centre' and the magistrates court,using the Dean Clifford method....i.e. 'I am not my legal person,as they address their nonsense to. I've also issued 1 invoice/bill to the court for £2500.
I had a bit of an argument with one lot of magistrates at the beggining of november and they were told in no uncertain terms that would not be paying their attempted extortion. They were also told that I was the highest authority in the court,not them !
So.....yesterday lunchtime,I was just about to jump in the shower and the court baillif turns up (big fat bitch !) and says ''I'm here to get payment or arrest you''. She was acting in the typically arrogant 'official' manner,which always gets my back up !!
I tells her to read the 'removal of implied access' notices in my windows,but she refused point blank,so I told her to go away. She called the police and they turn up armed with their battering ram,to break the door down !
So I had a bit of an argument with them,sticking one of my notices in one of the thugs (sorry,police officers) hands and told him to read it......He didn't and chucked it back inside the door way,saying that means nothing.
So,off we go to court (me all dirty and unshaven). Sits around a bit,before we get into court,with fat bitch coming over to me and saying,''I'll give you one more chance to pay.......I'll take it up with the mags,says I. Oh and she kept trying to scare me by saying that if I didn't pay there and then,that I'd be going to Armley jail ! Then I'll go to Armley jail !! And I was quite prepared to do so !! Grrr !!
When I finally got into court,I asked if they'd seen my affidavits....no says the mags... Oh why not ?? You going to read them ?? They didn't even have both of them there ! I had to lend them one of mine ! So they 'retired' to consult and they were away some time,so it must have been exercising their poor little brains.... Oh and before I forget......they started with all the usual Mr this and Mr that,so I threw my birth certificate at them......THAT is 'Mr XXXXX' I said,THAT is your legal person....I am a private man ! To give him his dues,the clerk of the court did ask me how he should address me.....and when I said you may address me as 'Jeff',from then on he did ! But the mags were STILL trying the 'Mr' shit !
So after a bit more toing and froing,I said to them...''Look,I'll make you an offer'' (Bear in mind that I'd already put a invoice/bill into the court for £2500), Given that we're now into the 3rd hour here today,that's another £15000 that you owe me.....So,you pay my charges and I'll pay yours ! He wasn't having that,but I did get a quick smile from him ! So he at least knows what the game is !
So ,I says to him....Look,it says in my affidavits that I want this matter to be heard by the Crown Court with a full jury ! Mr Clerk pipes up and says ,well,we don't have any method for doing that,with cases like this....... Well,that's a failing in your systems them,isn't it ??
So,we ended up with them getting me the address for the crown court and them expecting me to get it put up to the crown court !! Having thought about tho',surely they should be doing that ?? It's not really up to me is it ??
The upshot is that the mags says ''We'll give you 28 days to get that sorted out or pay the fine''. So I DIDN'T go to Armley ! ...1-0 to me then ?
(have that fat bitch ! ). I did notice that as soon as the mags said that they'd give me 28 days,bitch baillif disappeared like a shot ! (she was sat at the back of the court).So....It's quite likely that I'll be spending christmas in jail this year !!
. I have no intention of paying their fxxxxing fine !! Oh and I' had to find my own way home,because they refused to put me back where they lifted me from ! So,I'll be adding that to their bill too,as I told them !
