csa liability order-court tomorrow!

Postby bert » Sun Dec 18, 2011 12:34 pm

the csa have applied for a liability order against me to pay arrears of around £1200 -i had disputed the amount i had to pay and appealed but because i hadnt handed my details in by a certain date they could only backdate so far and this left the amount outstanding -i have agreed to pay the amount of over 12 months and made two payments so far but they said because its not been paid in full there still applying for the order - i,m attending court tomorrow unsure of what the procedure is and trying to reason that because i,m paying theres no need for the order -any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bert.

The CSA are corrupt B*stards.
Many years ago, they got an attachment of earnings against me despite the fact I owed nothing.
I had been stupid and naive and had been giving my ex the money but didnt get any receipts!!
At the time I earned about£900 a month.
They took £550 a month and left my new family to live on the rest.
My mortgage alone was £450 a month.
There is just no reasoning with them. The phone lines are manned by snotty 18 yr olds who try to patronise you. Mainly because nobody else would emply them.
(A friend of mine who used to work for the DSS said that even their own staff will not have anything to do with them even though they all worked out of the same office.)
Luckily my employer let me "leave" and then took me on under a different name

Since then I have wised up quite a lot with the help of TPUC and FMOTL
I would never again be bullied by any "authorities"

Also, have you looked on here. http://www.deadbeatdadsassociation.co.uk/

Shows all the corruption of the CSA and other organisations.

Hope this helps and good luck.

thanks 4 the replies -buzz i too have had arrogant pillocks on the phone who havent a clue what is going on and have told me different things each time ive contacted them-the dead beat dads site has opened my eyes a bit and it seems i,m gunna get ignored in court tomorrow but i,ll give it a good go and make sure the csa rep get an earbashing about their incompetence -on the letter ive received it states they will take into account wether they have given me the chance to pay it so could have an outlet there -too far gone looked at ur posts i will let u know how i get on in the morning but not holding my breath !

went this morning but total waste of time sat in a room with a csa rep you arent in a court and cant explain your side of the case cos theres nobody too explain it to ! -had a moan at the woman but was pointless its agreed before you go in the dead beat dads site had it spot on you havent a hope in hells chance of getting the liability order cancelled -doesnt really effect me cos i,m paying it anyway but its another case of dads getting shafted by the state while the mothers get away with whatever they want .
