Anton LaVey was the founder of the Church of Satan. He also played the devil in Rosemary's Baby - a film directed by Roman Polanski about a satanic cult. The film was released in 1968, the year before Polanski's pregnant wife was murdered by members of a satanic cult.
Anton Lavey's son claims to have been castrated by LaVey during a satanic ritual. He also claims to have seen the members of the Bush family attending satanic rituals.

This is interesting. But I find it ironic that Anton Lavey died at a catholic hospital, it was St. Mary, I think.
