Just want to say that I am glad the site and matters are getting a good amount of attention.

I've a few questions for ya.

Is it through fear of the site being taken down (as recently I have noticed tpuc to be down for short spans occasionally and as I haven't seen any posts relating to this only on fmotl.com, (could you please elaborate)) that you were forced or wanted to put the forum rules up to keep the site going? were you hassled? And do you or Dan have any backup system planned or in place?

hi non (love the name)

the short spans the site is down for we cannot explain fully but we do have a good idea and it is nothing sinister. the rules on the forum were something i discussed sometime ago with Dan and Ben as i feel everyone should be responsible for what they say and take full responsibility for what they say and their actions. granted the forum rules will help keep the site on line as we now cannot be held responsible for what anyone say's, but i must say i wasn't hassled by anyone to do this. this was something i was doing myself and felt it would be good if everyone did the same, i could ask and no doubt many would do as such, but of course there are always those who 'will' not so the decision was made and now they have no choice but to be responsible.

there is no back up system in place at the moment but it is something that i have discussed with both Dan and Ben and that was very recently. i do feel we do not need it as i feel we are being alowed to be here, because to be honest there is a hundred things they could legally shut us down for if they really wanted too.

hi stephen, very interesting question!

in general the book gets very good hits as does the talks, but to be honest i have never compared them. the site in general gets between 200,000 to 280,000 hits per day from around 145 countries. i could compare both and let you know but you would have to be patient as it would take me some time as i am not to hot when it comes to analystics.

Thanks John,

Glad to hear that it isn't anything untoward, Isn't that covered in common law being responsible for ones actions :) If it's not trumped by European law, from the bunker in Brussels...How's Albert doing with the treason case I assume he's reclaiming his sovereignty?

Im not too bad John, Didn't have much of a Christmas, iv just started seeing a right on, ex feminist, PC, town hall baggy trousered security guard. When i suggested we go buy a real Christmas tree not one of those carrier bag recycled plastic ones, she rounded on me and accused me of wanting to "murder a tree to a stump and then dress it's remains up like a seasonal strumpet" I dont know what i see in her, perhaps the fact i can rest my laptop on her chest as i stare into her eyes might have something to do with it..

Oath of Supremacy

Postby atlas_shrugged » Sat Dec 31, 2011 12:00 am

Does the oath that all MPs, judges, and magistrates take specifically outlaw all EU Law in the UK?

Specifically if the oath includes the Oath of Supremacy then all EU law is outlawed by the following phrase:

Text of the Oath of Supremacy as published in 1559:

I, A. B., do utterly testify and declare in my conscience that the Queen's Highness is the only supreme governor of this realm, and of all other her Highness's dominions and countries, as well in all spiritual or ecclesiastical things or causes, as temporal, and that no foreign prince, person, prelate, state or potentate hath or ought to have any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence or authority ecclesiastical or spiritual within this realm; and therefore I do utterly renounce and forsake all foreign jurisdictions, powers, superiorities and authorities, and do promise that from henceforth I shall bear faith and true allegiance to the Queen's Highness, her heirs and lawful successors, and to my power shall assist and defend all jurisdictions, pre-eminences, privileges and authorities granted or belonging to the Queen's Highness, her heirs or successors, or united or annexed to the imperial crown of this realm. So help me God, and by the contents of this Book.

Going back in time:

Promissory Oaths Act 1868 says:
I do swear that I will be faithful and bear true Allegiance too Her Majesty Queen Victoria, Her Heirs and Successors, according to law...

This is a shorten version of:
The parliamentary Oaths Act 1866 says:
I A.B. do swear that I will be faithful and bear true Allegiance too Her Majesty Queen Victoria ; and I do faithfully promise to maintain and support the Succession to the Crown, as the same stands limited and settled by virtue of the Act passed in the Reign of King William the Third intituled "An Act for the further limitation of the Crown, and better securing the rights and liberties of the Subject," ...[I believe this to refer to the 1689 Bill of Rights]

The 16689 Bill of Rights says:
New Oaths of Allegiance, &c.

And that the Oathes hereafter mentioned be taken by all Persons of whome the Oathes of Allegiance and Supremacy might be required by Law instead of them And that the said Oathes of Allegiance and Supremacy be abrogated.

Allegiance.

I A B doe sincerely promise and sweare That I will be faithfull and beare true Allegiance to their Majestyes King William and Queene Mary Soe helpe me God.

Supremacy.

I A B doe sweare That I doe from my Heart Abhorr, Detest and Abjure as Impious and Hereticall this damnable Doctrine and Position That Princes Excommunicated or Deprived by the Pope or any Authority of the See of Rome may be deposed or murdered by their Subjects or any other whatsoever. And I doe declare That noe Forreigne Prince Person Prelate, State or Potentate hath or ought to have any Jurisdiction Power Superiority Preeminence or Authoritie Ecclesiasticall or Spirituall within this Realme Soe helpe me God.

[Forgetting about the Ecclesiasticall or Spiritual for the moment, does this also stop the Temporal EU forces of darkness?]
