Looking for a job that wont stifle my freedom.

Hi,
my names Gabriel and i live in the west end of Glasgow. i Have worked as a chef for the last 5 or 6 years but often find it difficult to accept peoples constant disrespectful attitudes and the long 60 hour weeks.
I am currently looking for a job that would enable me more freedom and enough money to pay rent. I love working with people who are willing to learn/teach and would prefer to switch trades as it were. Helping others has always been the most rewarding aspect of my working life so far and i would love to apply everything i have learnt to a new trade, preferably one which specifically helps others. I am a very hard worker and very enthusiastic.
i would say that English is one of my specialties and i am more than willing to help others with things such as compiling CV's, also if anyone would like a chef to cater for an evening/event/shelter i would love to help.
Although i'm not completely sure anyone will take any notice in this post i know there is no harm putting it out.
