I think it was Clifford who said he would write all that happened the day in Court & submit it for the public record so his facts are public & that keeps the Judges on there toes, I guess we can do the same here as Canadian law is based on English? We do have a Court public record after all.

No secret Thomas....just don't want to show our hand to the opposition,before I descend on them ! I'm sure you understand....
The case is about some upstart DCA who have 'bought' the 'debt' from a bank,for pennies on the pound and now think that they can claim the full amount from me ! I put an affidavit into the court back in december,telling them the real story......clearly today has illustrated that the whole of the judiciary and court system IS bent ! But we all know that anyway...

If it is possible here & guessing that it is, if your Affidavit was on public record make you wonder if judge would have paid it a bit more attention

No I don't understand, you/we make a Lawful claim and try and get the open support of the people via Law and true Justice. There is and should be no favoritism in Law because that's what we the people should be fighting, the biased legislation.

And do you honestly believe they are going to let you submit to the court "your hand" after and or when you get to court.

I wasn't on about FN's point (although why the secrecy there.) You have asked for help and advice, and at the same time refused to tell people what it's about, what you have done about it, or intend to do about it.

You have given very little detail which is your prerogative, but as you have asked people for help all I can say is get some Lawful help (not just legalese help,) because you seem very unprepared and when in court they will just do all the talking without you having hardly a say in the matter. Or interrogate you because that is what happens in court, which you should be aware of and be prepared for. Prepared so you have a good Lawful defense and also be prepared for their crafty word games, as that's what they will do all the more if you have a decent defense. So it's not about being patient in this case as you are already well into the proceedings of it. Although there may be an appeals process if it does not go your way (or Lawfully with Justice) and I would say be more prepared for that.


Should it also be the case they won't even let you have your say or allow your defense when having a good Lawful defense all written out to show the public the injustice will be apparent to those people of the public, which helps the public then see and take a more determined stance against it.

Look...I appreciate that you're eager to get every little detail,but short of you actually being in the court room with me,I think I've pretty much told you what happened. If you think that I'm holding back,that's your prerogative. I know what your trying to tell me.
I now approach things like this thusly....... I learn their 'game'...the big picture if you will....and then I apply the real truth. I go for the end game,No dancing around trying to be clever (that where you can trip yourself up),just straight in there with the un-arguable 'truth' ! Mostly they can't handle that sort of aproach,so they either attempt to ignore you or ridicule you....Which illustrates clearly that they don't want to go 'off script'...They get lost if they do,for the simple reason that you can't argue with the real truth,no matter who you think you are or how 'important' you think you may be !
In fact,I tripped up the 'judge' yesterday....... He started quoting statutes at me,so I stopped him dead.... I said to him: Are you operating under statute or common law here ?? Reply 'Statutes'.... I see,you have just read the letter that I put in front of you,informing you that I am 'acting' for the 'legal fiction person',just as you are acting for the 'Crown'. You have been given notice previously that I am a 'private' man (via my affidavit),with no rebuttal,so why do you think that you have ANY authority over me ?? Prove to me that I am either an agent of or for the government or a public employee ! He went rather quiet for a few seconds before trying to reply to a different point entirely ! I pressed him for an answer,but he either couldn't reply (without giving the game away on the record) or he knew that I was correct. I told him to his face that I would not be paying this DCA a single penny,regardless of what he or the court may say.....No reply. What does that say to you ?? Usually,at that point,you would expect them, to start issuing threats,but no....
So...I do know what I'm doing. I'm just not pissing about trying to work within their system at all ! I don't care what their 'rules' are...... I'm using the TRUTH ,plain and simple. I'll either win or end up in jail...can't say that I care which,right now ! If there has to be an outright war,then so be it ! And I DO mean that it it's most literal sense ! I've had it with the oppression,fraud,dishonour and thievery !!
