Dude,

responding to your post at the top of the thread... sorry but he is not being a nice guy who doesn't understand... he's being a condescending bastard who thinks that your pretence of sovereignty is just that and that once they get you into court a judge will give you everything you deserve for daring to challenge their right to fuck you over as they see fit...

in some cases I do agree that there is a genuine incomprehension amongst the bots who fill in the bits of paper and play the extras roles in the drama...

but in this case the guy is trying to screw you.

@q0paz,

Ok, first of all I'm not pretending to be a sovereign (take that how you want it). Second I honestly and sincerely believe having met the man that I could not of asked or hoped for a more honourable officer of the law to be dealing with. Time will tell, as I proceed, if my assessment of the man is accurate or not. As of right now all I can say is that currently his good conduct and candour in our dealings has touched me so deeply that I honestly hope that he doesn't get any grief over this because I don't believe he deserves it.

Round 3 of the notices will be posted up soon, they are due to be sent this Sunday. I hope this clarifies things for you.

UPDATE
------------

Well it's Monday the 13th of feb... time for the next round of NOTICES...

Respondant : Mr Mark POLIN
Date : 13-2-2012
NOTICE

At 10:18am on 12th of January 2012, the privately owned conveyance bearing the identifying mark “HVY MTL” was seized under SECTION 165A-C of the ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1988, on the A470 by members of NORTH WALES POLICE.

You were immediately given NOTICE with an attached fee schedule giving you 14 days to respond in substance to refute my claim that the above seizure was unlawful or to return my property to me in good order. Your failure to respond indicated your tacit acceptance of the liabilities detailed in the fee schedule attached and resulted in the issuing of a second NOTICE, which once again gave you the simple remedy of offering a rebuttal to correct my faulty understanding or of settling the matter in full by simply returning my property to me in good order within 14 days.

Once again you have failed to offer any form of rebuttal to my understanding that the seizure was unlawful, and you have dishonoured my NOTICES by failing to respond at all or returning my property to me it's rightful owner. It seems clear therefore that you are either 1) unable or 2) able but unwilling, to offer any form of rebuttal to my understanding of the matter.

If case 1, be the truth, then you know you are currently unlawfully holding and/or have destroyed my property and I then do hereby confirm as per the original issued NOTICE that the sum of £2000 is now due and prompt payment within 14 days, thereof will bring a halt to any further proceedings.

If case 2, be the truth, then you are knowingly acting in dishonour and since my understanding would therefore be faulty, I offer to drop the fee for failing to return my property, and furthermore I offer to drop all further liabilities if, and only if, you respond within 14 days of the date of this NOTICE with said rebuttal correcting my understanding.

Failure to respond with either of the above will be taken to mean that you know you are acting either unlawfully and/or dishonourably and that you tacitly consent to being personally liable for full amount of all the fees as specified in the fee schedule of the first NOTICE, a sum now standing at, but not limited to, £12,000.

Please make a cheque payable to “Sentebale” for the sum currently due.

----------------------------------

I wonder what they are going to do this time... I suspect they will try and continue to remain silent in the hope that doing so will absolve them of all liability. I've further focussed the issue by making Mr Polin the respondent and suggesting that failure to respond will mean he is agreeing to take the liability personally.... and no one ever want's to do that, so I guess this matter will now be one he feels some reason to actually pay attention to instead of fobbing off in the hopes everything will be O.K, under his cloak of government sponsored limited liability.

The charity?

Mark Polin...that name rings a bell with me, where did you go to school?
Did you live next door to Bateswood at one time?
Could you fancy me as a pirate bold? Or a longship Viking warrior with the old gods on his side?
Well I'm an inshore man and I'm nobody's hero, but I'll make you tight for a windy night and a dark ride.

Mark Polin is the chief constable of North Wales Police.

And yes "Sentebale" is a charity founded by Prince Harry and Lesotho's Prince Seeiso to help the forgotten victims of poverty and of HIV/Aids in Lesotho.

Never been to Bateswood, don't know where that is.

Why would you forfeit this kind of money to charity, particularly one endorsed by a royal?
Is it because..You believe the odds are strongly against you winning, but if you are seen to not have a stake in the outcome, and the money going to a good cause, you believe it will persuade the opinions of the plaintiff/judge in some way?

Because of principle.

I am not trying to make a personal gain from this, I am not in the debtor-mentality that they want me to be in so they can "punish" me.

I am remaining in perfect honour and standing.

In 1172 an ancestor of mine sided with Prince Henry the Younger against Henry's father during a rebellion.

I chose Sentebale specifically because it was setup by Prince Harry; real name Prince Henry.

I mentioned earlier that I had been sending copies of the letters off to other addresses, and that I would talk about them if appropriate. I guess it is appropriate at this time to show you this;

The contents of the letter are marked Private and Confidential, so I can't honourably discuss them in public, however I can say that this battle appears to be going very well.

Oh and by the way, I am the plaintiff, the police are the respondents and hopefully soon to become the defendants. It has already gone past the deadline by which they can possibly attempt to make me the defendant issuing a NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROSECUTE.

See : https://www.askthe.police.uk/content/Q557.htm for further details on that.

'tis a good thing that you are doing HVYMTL, and i really hope you get the result you want, but I can not for the life of me, fathom why anyone of honour, defers/shows reverence, to a family, that i believe is dishonourable, on so many levels, your historical antecedants acquaintance to said member is an irrelevence IMHO.

Oddly enough I don't have a specific aim in mind other than to determine the truth. As far as I can see the police have made a claim that they have the right to steal my car, under powers granted to them by the Road Traffic Act. I consider those powers to be unlawful under the constitution as property was confiscated prior to due process of law, and also because I am not an agent of the government, a trustee or otherwise bound and compelled to perform by the web of contracts known as legislation.

I don't care about the car, it was an old banger anyway (but still safe and reliable).

As for your confusion about why I would honour/defer/show reverence to a family you hate, I have this to say; I personally do not subscribe to any notion that the human beings we call the Royals are any different to anyone else in anyway whatsoever, and I do not subscribe to any notion that they are any more or less deserving of being in that position than anyone else.

Having said that I can think of one or two twats who I would fight to the death to prevent taking that position... but that's just a matter of individual character, and I find it highly illogical and prejudicial to group people by attributes such as skin colour, religious beliefs or family tree position.... everyone is unique. Look at your own family, would I be right in saying that you are the same as your auntie? or your cousin? no? they are different to you right? even though you share the same ancestry it would be utter non-sense to suggest I could know anything about your nature and character by knowing your name, or having met your uncle, or even your dad once.

What I am deferring to is the lawful authority of the position. As part of the campaign I am fighting, I have invoked the crown by informing them of all the correspondence thus far sent, and it seems only right and proper therefore that if I win, any proceeds made should go to one of the many good causes which they champion.

My prize will be simply having determined the truth, and believe me, that determination is worth more than all the money in Bill Gates bank account, because if I am right in what I currently think is the truth, then the truth does indeed set you free, and once that determination and judgement has been made, I will know the truth, I will be free from the whims of the political traitor class and I be able to help others find and grasp it to set themselves free.

As for your suggesting that my ancestors actions were irrelevant, your completely missing the point and that fact that I would not be able to take the stand I am taking in this campaign without that historical precedent in place. In my reality it is tremendously empowering to know that an ancestor of mine with nearly the same name as me, once stood so strongly. That revelation along with stuff from J.H and co, has been the catalyst that has allowed me to burst the bubble of government deception and remove the shackles from my mind in order to do what I am now doing.

My ancestors left me certain clues and tools, and it took a lot of thought and deep deep introspection to see it all in proper perspective and derive the moral compass from it which I now follow and wish to provide to my future descendants. You see it's all a matter of projection. I cannot know for sure what the character of Simon was in 1173, if he was an honourable man or just a thug with big sword. So I have to make inferences, and project my knowledge of self onto his actions. If he was like me, then he would not of gone against the King (and risked medieval torture and the loss of his lands and castle) without a having a damn good reason for doing it, just as I have a damn good reason for what I am doing... I.E, we appear to have been conquered by Europe and that's a bit of a fucking problem because my family motto means "For our unconquered country".
