Parking tickets,

Hello all, i have been taking my first steps to becoming a freeman on the land and enacting lawful rebelion with a parking ticket. can anyone help?
would one be creating joinder by replying to the adjudicator instead of the parking ticket processing as details and instructed in the 'notice of rejection of representation'? even though i sent a simple notice of clarification i am thinking i should now send another notice to their rejection notice?
if anyone can help or can take a phone call to discuss i would be most grateful.

From a London borough council, for parking in a bay which is for residents.
after doing a bit of research for correct working etc i took some photos to prove that the bay itself has no road facing sign, and the sign on the way into the area is blocked by a speed limit sign. i have printed the photos and attached them, as you will read, to the notice. i have sent them and the adjudications office a copy by recorded post to which i have not yet had a reply, the letter i sent is as follows;

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION

Thank you for your ‘Notice of rejection of representation’ dated 11th Jan 2012.

You have apparently made allegations of that I owe you money. You have apparently made demands upon me to pay the money allegedly owed.

I seek clarification so that I may act according to the law.

I conditionally accept your offer to pay £.110.00, upon proof of claim that there exists a signed two party contract between us, and that if you can prove that said contract exists, you make presentation of a bill of exchange for the aforementioned amount.

Upon proof that if a contract was in existence that a contravention actually occurred. Please see ANNEXURE 1 & 2.

Failure to accept this offer to clarify and to do so completely and in good faith within 7 days will be deemed by all parties to mean you and your principal or other parties abandon all demands upon me.

Proof and presentation must be sent via registered mail to:

No later than SEVEN (7) days from the date of receipt as dated by way of Royal Mail recorded delivery service. i don't know how it will work regarding legalities but i would like to send a follow up letter now to cancell their claim but i cannot find a template to get some ideas from regarding it's content!

However if people went and learnt the PCN process people would quickly see that it's illegal as well as unlawful what they are doing. Bill of Rights 1689. The worse that will happen in not paying, is a PRIVATE bailiff will write to you (very Unlikley one will turn up) They have NO power, My cat has more power just send notice of removal of implied right of access just to make sure. They will just continue with there claim for PCN no matter what letter you write so play along (like chess) move accordingly.

Get this notice up in your car

and when you get a PCN blooding bill them for the processing and admin of the PCN. (not a fining them as its unlawful) That will get the ticket canceled soon enuf. Take it all the way thur the County Court via N1 form for your costs if you wanted. I have some doc that may interest you. Also you do not need to play John: of the Jone family either just write as normal if wanted. ITS ILLEGAL AND UNLAWFUL WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Thats why they never can take you to court for it.

is it still ok to use it even though i have yet to de-register my automobile from DVLA? or am i missing the point?
i would very much like to peruse the details you have regarding court action as i may need to take it all the way if required.
I am very keen to learn much more on how to stand my human ground with these people, these corporations.

Yes and use as much as you like.
Parking Ticket are illegal and unlawful end of. They hide behine a magic word and that word is "contravention" but once you can break down there magic word, they are stuck with no where to go.

Last week, I called in to a cafe on Tower Bridge Rd for a cuppa. It was 5.50pm and I was looking for somewhere to park. Tower Bridge rd has those double red lines down the side, apparently they signify an 'urban clearway'.

There are two lanes for traffic in that section from the Bricklayers Arms round-a-bout and probably halfway down the road heading North but the place I parked my car was out of these two lanes in a recessed section next to the curb. The double red lines STOPPED just before a =====[boxed off parking area]==== (probably for loading and unloading) and probably comenced again straight after. So, I was not parked on double red line and the two lanes for traffic were left unaffected. There was a square white sign on a pole which read:-

P permitted 20mins

(Except 10am - 4pm)

I understood the sign to mean parking was permitted for 20mins only but not between the hours of 10am to 4pm. With the time being 5.50pm, it was not a bus lane and i would not be blocking the flow of traffic I desided to pull in, park up and go get that cuppa.

!5 mins later, one of those checker board quads/trikes pulled up behind my car. The guy got off his Bike/trike/quad think and looked like he was going to be ticketing my car. I caught his attention from across the road and asked him what he thought he was doing as I had only been parked there for 15 minutes?

He shook his head at me from across the road in what I took to be disbelief. I told him don't you call me a liar. He then told me I couldn't park there AT ALL, as the car was on an 'urban clearway'. I pointed out the sign in question and told him it said parking was permitted for 20 minutes EXCEPT between the hours of 10am and 4pm. He said NO, you are only allowed to park for 20 minutes between 10 and 4. To which I replied, that is not how I read the sign and I think you need to make it much more clearer. I then walked to my car, got in and drove around the corner, where, conveniently placed pay and display bays were situated. When I got out of the car to pay for parking in one of these bays at the meter, I noticed someone had ALREADY put a FIXED PENALTY NOTICE on my windscreen,tucked under the wiper. The cheeky swines had ticketed me within 3 minutes of parking up and the guy on the bike thing must of turned up after, probably to arrange to have my car towed away. The ticket was for £130 but only half that amount if I paid within 14 days.

Personally, I don't think I have done anything wrong and shouldn't have to pay the 'Dandy Highwayman'. How do I make this go away?

You can try fighting them playing their rules appealing and proving what you say.
Do nothing once they take there illegal and unlawful fine to the NBCC write to the fake court saying you never got the NTO that should throw it out.

Ask your self this! What the f##k are they going to do if you just do not pay them? = NOT A LOT!
