hello, i would like to ask if anyone know's if we the people north of the border have the right to remain anonymous when asked to provide the police with our details if we have not broke any law, i'm not sure if scot's law,or our right's are not the same as england's. cheer's.

Why give your details to anyone if you have done nothing wrong? are you a slave? (actually you are...we all are, but still). remember your name is your property to do with as you wish, despite what the police say, cause they know very little about the law, they just do their masters bidding. I know what I would say to some jumped up shit head in a costume if he demanded my details without good cause.
