UK PLC

Postby Etype » Fri Apr 27, 2012 11:06 am

Forgive me if this has been posted before as the site is huge, and it takes weeks to read everything on here and I'm relatively new.

Ray St Clair has stated in one of his youtube videos this information.

UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION LTD Company number 05853448 on Company House & Dunn & Bradsheet.

There is no doubt in my mind, that this is the bank owned company that rips us off and milks all of us like dairy cows.

Hi Freeman Simon,

The top result of a Google search for "company number 05853448" has information that seems to shows that, as Obi-wan would say, this is not the company you are looking for. I'm curious as to the contents of that National Archives file though.

Was this the information you mean.

Under the freedom of information act.

From: David

11 January 2011

Dear Companies House,

The home office said this would be a better place to ask my
question. What i would like to know is this:

After the war the UK corporation was created:

http://hansard.millbanksystems.com/writt...

It was supposed to be disbanded shortly after but it wasn't,
according to your information it was finally disbanded in 2008.
Company No. 05853448
Dissolved 12/02/2008

What i want to know is this:

why wasn't it dissolved shortly after the war?
who were the chairpersons of the company?
what did it trade in?
why were no accounts filed?
why was it dissolved?
who dissolved it?
will or has a new company taken its place?

Yours faithfully,

David Bolwell

That's the one.

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u ... 2?unfold=1

Further down the correspondence chain it's established that this company was only registered a few years ago. Another company number is later mentioned, but no closure date is available. This other company is presumably the one created during the war.

As I understand it Company House are trying to obfuscate any evidence that would give the game away, and a certain tax collector I am in correspondence with denied HMRC are a private company too.

He has stopped doing that since I pointed out Company House now use the URI's, Uniform Resource Identifier's.

Anything ending with .gov.uk as a website address, is a company according to Company House, talk about shooting themselves in the foot.

This tax collector Is not using that argument any more. (see my HMRC thread)

Kind regards

Thinking on ...... Information given under the freedom of information act is just information.

Maybe we need a freedom of truth act, because what we seem to have is a freedom of bullshit act.

The obvious one the official secrets act, is the freedom to hide anything that exposes us as liars/cheats/murderers/incompetents/insert-favorite-word-here act.

Full version of letter here

Dear Mr Bolwell

Freedom of Information Request - UK Corporation

I refer to your email of 11 January 2011, in which you requested
information relating to the UK Corporation.

After completing a thorough search of our records we could find no trace
of a company called UK CORPORATION or UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION.

The company number: 05853448 you refer to you in your request relates to
the UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION LTD, and was incorporated 21/06/2006 and
dissolved 12/02/2008 which makes it unlikely to be the corporation that
you are interested in. This company made a voluntary application to be
struck off and dissolved from the register. (Really, now why would they do that?)

I can also confirm that after checking the live register of companies
there is a company registered called UK CORPORATION LIMITED, Company
Number, 07324231 which was incorporated 23/07/2010.

Further details on these companies can be obtained from our WebCHeck
service. Please click on the link below:

[1]http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/b7f549... (Oh of course Companies House is owned by The Government)

I have not provided you with information relating to these companies as
under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 any information
that is reasonably accessible to the applicant, albeit on payment of a
fee, is exempt information under the Act.

Your request has been considered under the Freedom of Information
legislation. I am required therefore to inform you that if you are
unhappy with the result of your request for information you may request an
internal review within two calendar months of the date of this email. Any
requests for such a review should be addressed, in the first instance to
me at the above address, and I will ensure that it is forwarded to a
senior member of Companies House who has had no previous involvement in
this case and they will undertake the review.

If you are then not content with the outcome of the internal review, you
have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at; Information
Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9
5AF.

Yours sincerely
