Absolutely it is not proof.
All I have said is that it is wrong to state that something is universally damaging when it clearly isnt.
That is being subjective!

And you could go onto curezone and talk to people in the vegan section - express that you have misgivings to them.
That is not true, it could very well be universally damaging. There is absolutely no proof that there is not, but there is overwhelming evidence that it can be damaging.
