nah....i didn't know all that had happened to you! (i've been away and only got back sunday).....so does that mean the £90 is paid in their eyes?.....must of cost £1000's to put you away for 7 days ....madness!!!!...but she was working from the false ego,and the only real threat they have over us is taking away liberty.....and people wonder why websites like this exist,and that people are joining by the 1000's.....glad you out now....you started work on your truck yet?

Well,I'm presuming that they consider the 'fine' paid now....I haven't seen anything to suggest otherwise. That said,there has been quite a lot of 'anomolies' on the paperwork front,from their side ! When I was being 'processed' at the prison,one of the fellas did say that it costs £1000 per day to keep me in there !! . He couldn't believe that they'd sent me to jail over such a piddling matter himself.....So that says to me that even those inside the system are aware of the nonsense that's going on !
If 'people' like these judges and magistrates think that I'm at all phased by them putting me in prison,then they are very much mistaken......to be honest,I found the 'prison experience' to be rather boring. . I quickly came to the conclusion that the whole system is 'broken' and there are a large number of people in jail who should never be there and will not benefit from being treated in that way. Further,when they stick someone in jail,there seems to be no 're-training' or real help to put them on a better path......That's why the present 'system' does not work !
No,not started on my trailer yet.......I need to get my bloody arse into gear and get something done ! The sooner that I can go completely 'off grid' the better !! Dump all this 'baggage' that's weighing me down.....

Hey...That really IS appreciated,Mad ! Sort of gladdens my heart,to know that at least 1 (or 2) person(s) really are listening and taking note. I just wish that many ,many more would read and learn from my experiences ! I suppose that I used the 'prison' thing as a way of gaining what information that I could from the inside......and I did ! It just saddens me to see what a low ebb this country (and man himself) have arrived at. There is going to be BIG trouble,before too much longer,I tell you that !

If any solicitor does legal aid. Then he is in their gang, if he does not do what the judge says, then he will have his legal aid grant withdrawn. Lets get real here folks. Criminel solicitors are failed business solicitors. They failed at their chosen craft. So we have the bottom of the class, trying to hood wink us into believing their bs. Jayen, what can i say to you other than respect! I'm new to the site and from reading things like this gives me all the inspiration i need. I have something coming up soon myself which i am prepared to do whatever it takes to stand my ground. As far as offences go, i've got a clean slate, not even so much as a speeding fine and could have easily resolved this without all the hassle by paying their sum but nope, I've decided to join battle.
I am very new to this although i have read V.Chapman's book and my partners father had been fighting it for years, i'm still feeling a little daunted by what is ahead and what i may loose, but once the fear factor which is rapidly dissipating, then that is a victory for me. I have much to learn but we all have to start somewhere i suppose.

If so would you post the case reference (it is normally Rv someone then a date) so I can look up the transcript. I have seen it done three times in court, once the individual was found in contempt and the other two where found guilty and sentenced. Still very interesting

I've had a change of plan since talking to Jayen4 about his experiences in court, it seems they are so scared of this tactic they pretend you are not in the room with them.

They then continue the case in your absence, right in front of you, Unbloodybelievable!!! It shows they don't have any other tricks to fall back on when their deception is widely known about.

I have some new tricks up my sleeve for when my summons comes as it surely will, as I will not be bullied, and I will not play their game.

The word Summons in this book of Legalese means Invitation, and the word Must is interchangeable with the word May.

In that case I will be getting an invitation that I may attend if I wish, bearing in mind that if I attend I WILL HAVE MADE A CONTRACT WITH THEM, something I do not want to do.

After finding this on youtube It seems that you have 3 days to send your summons back to them with a short letter rebutting it, which you do not sign!

This is along the lines of, you are an adult and can handle your own monetary affairs and do not recognise the jurisdiction of the court or its power over you, that you will not submit to being adjudicated upon.

This sounds very logical to me as we are all equals in the eyes of the law, why should we allow some "Court Appointed Twat" to tell us to pay up or go to jail?

The Magistrates court is definitely not for us human beings. It is for companies only, so I am not planning to go until I am dragged there by two or more burly coppers.

And when that happens if it does. I will point at the Magistrate the Court Clerk and anyone else in the room and say I do not recognise you or you or you.

You have no authority over me, nor jurisdiction over any living soul, I am not a criminal and I have broken no law, how dare you drag me to this place of company commercial contract law.

Thanks for the clarity ETYPE, I must admit that what you say is more my experience of how magistrates deal with such matters. I should point out that dragging you to court is at the magistrates discretion and it is far more likely that you will be tried in your absence and when dragged to court it will be to hear sentence of the original offence (if found guilty) and the failure to answer court bail charge.

iluminawti I must admit that you comment made me laugh "Criminal solicitors are failed business solicitors. They failed at their chosen craft. So we have the bottom of the class." While technically incorrect (solicitors specialise very early on and very rarely change field) It was funny and I will send it to every criminal solicitor I know. Thanks for that
