The cost of the jail time,as is noted,is a lot more than the claim against you .But as we hear more about over in the states,private jails are loving courts sending them people for minor offences .There is a lot of money to be made from cases like yours .(one doesn't pay the costume parade plonker,then the private jail owners make many many times that amount when you stay at their residence )

All these people are in prison voluntarily, because they gave their legal fiction name so they could be viewed as a company or legal entity, they pleaded/or were found guilty and then admitted wrong doing.

The very fact that they appeared in court in the first place, (when we as know a summons is only an invitation), meant they had given the magistrate jurisdiction over themselves from the start.

They also must have said "I understand" when the charges were read to them and have stood in the dock as the accused/defendant.

I can only assume they went to prison voluntarily because they believed all the lies.

Simon....... I do hope that the above is not aimed at me ! As you are aware,at no time did I consent or understand anything,right from the very point of the 'stop' at the roadside ! I have explained this in the past.....it's in this very thread.
I went to court,because I wanted to 'front them up' and to see if they were prepared to redeem themselves by addressing and accepting the real TRUTH and the FACTS !! Clearly,they are all corrupt and are only interested in pulling in the coin,as was pointed out to them face to face !! (read this thread,you'll see.). At no time did I accept that I was their 'legal person'........did they listen ?.....What do you think......

As I have intimated before.....there's only one real way to sort this out......but you wouldn't want me to give details on here,obviously.

By the way Legal.......Is there any way to sue the court or the judge responsible,personally,for damages/expenses ?? (Particularly when they were advised / pre warned of my charges !). I'm trying to be reasonable here,but I will NOT be denied ! Get my drift ??

No I'm not having a go at you Jeff, please don't get that impression.

I know you have your reasons for the approach you are using, Major respect to you in your fight against these corporate thieves.

I'm not even having a go at our friend legaleagle who does seem to be suggesting that people are being locked up by magistrates anyway, without ever approaching the subject of jurisdiction.

My point is that one size does not fit all, but somewhere there has to be a bottom line, and to me in my personal little fight with TPB it's about jurisdiction who has it? and over whom?

Luckily for me I don't own property (it remains to be seen if any of us really own anything, never mind our own house)
I have no dependents and nothing they can use against me, apart from threats to me directly, which are like water off a ducks back.

I am not scared of being sent to prison, I'm sure there are lots of people in there that need to know their rights.

Besides all the do-gooders' have made prison a much cushier place these days, and it is rent and bill free.

Not that I intend to allow myself to be sent to prison in the first place, but as you say if we are not free out here prison is just a smaller box.

My little crusade is about saying to David Cameron, Angela Merkel and the World Banks, STICK YOUR AUSTERITY MEASURES UP YOUR BUM ON THE SECOND SHELF !!!!!! YOU CAUSED THIS SHIT YOU DEAL WITH IT, BUT DON'T COME TO ME FOR THE MONEY.

We are not short of money in this country if we can afford the Illuminati/Olympic games and the Queens jubilee in the same year, none of which benefit us the people in the slightest.

This is about TPB forcing us to run faster and faster on the treadmill of life, to pay off the interest on the debts that the UK plc took out in our names, from the crooked banks that are all busy creating world debt, while making themselves very rich in the process.

This is a debt that can never be paid back, because the total interest involved is always going to be more than the entire fiat paper money supply in the whole world, and besides debt cannot be paid, debt can only be discharged.

So when I get a tax demand from HMRC or Threats from Doncaster Council or calls from some Scumbag Debt Collection Agency. It's just like waving a red rag at a bull and I get carried away and go off on one. None of it is aimed at you Jeff, sorry if you got that impression.

Forgive me if i am wrong though, but you seem to be hell-bent on making the dishonorable money grabbing magistrates courts, act in an a reasonable and honorable way, and recognise you as having a valid point, and while I know you are an honorable man with a valid point, I am also sure this task is equal to the task of plaiting pink fog.

I suppose all we can do is keep chipping away at the stone, confronting these people, and forcing them to address their belief systems. I would like to achieve that without sticking my head in the Lions mouth if possible and i absolutely refuse to play by their rules.

Jayen4 Yes there is a way to sue the court system but if the source of your complaint is that they acted according to legislation then I'm sorry but I don't think it will be worth your time or money (as it is a civil case you can and most likely will be liable for the other sides costs if you lose.) I also can't imagine a judge in the land finding for you in such a case as the fact you are suing would mean you except the courts jurisdiction, which is what you are suing for.
