Searched at work getting f**ked via the back door

I was recently searched by the police at my place of employment nhs i.t.The police confiscated my medication and have subseqently, on the advice of an nhs health care professional told my employees that these were quote"muscle bulking steroids" no arrest was made havent asked for drugs back.But now after months of paid suspension thay have issued me with a notice to attend there disiplinary hearing.where there case against me amongst other things, basicaly says i was searched and found to be carrying quote"muscle bulking steroids" i have objected very strongly to the inclusion of any accusation of steroid possesion from officers of the law being included in there case.on the basis that any conclusions drawn by there investigations would prejedice any other hearing ie legal if it was to be brought in the future.(no idea where this might get me but sure feels good)The search itself was conducted on an accusation of being in possesion of a 2 inch blade.now if you or i called the police with an accusation of someone carrying a 2 inchblade we would probably be done for wasting police time.not these guys. makes me wonder if there is some common purpose shit at work here. I havent seeked any legal advice as yet and am wondering if i should talk to acas?????
I dont know what my rights are or who can actualy help me .But this seems like a sort of cp collective back door conviction by means of an employement disiplinary hearing.This surely cant be right.I sure would apreciate any advice from you guys.Should i hold out on the not prepared to hear these allegations on basis of prejedicing any legal hearing in the future?If the pigs say im carrying muscle bulking steroids arent thay suppose to arrest me or something.No there not prepared to do that because there not steroids.But they can use there common purpose buddys to have that attached to my employment record.The other accusations thay intend to levy against me at there kangaroo court is being to angry.too angry you have no efin idea.Any help much/advice appreciated.

As far as i,m aware its NOT illegal to use steroids
i know this as i had a friend that was into body building competitions
& he use to go to the chemists for his needles.
also steroids are also used for a number of valid medical conditions
if you have such a condition i would protest strongly that they
are used for health benefits.
