I read your entire post with pleasure and hope in my heart. I myself go to trial on the 27th of April, my own plight viewtopic.php?f=17&t=2366 or google Neil Jones Jill Dando.
I do actually want a trial, to not only prove my own innocence, but to prove the corruption which exists on the side of the Crown (police, judiciary etc, whom I fear are acting on behalf of sinister members higher up in the ranks of the British government intent on silencing me).
Although I want a trial, I have already suffered much wrong doing and injustice at the hands of this government, its representatives and the "Legal System" as a whole. To this end, hopefully with your consent, I may wish to use and adapt some of your processes to my own situation, as a safety net should injustice be the order of the day yet again, as although I have plenty of solid evidence in my favour, my barrister is concerned that a jury is often reluctant to go against the police regardless of evidence, and there is the added danger that if justice is done and the jury rules in my favour, the preciding judge can still overturn their decision, just as in the Jean Charles de menezes case.
Once again, I applaud your methods.
My very best,
