Hey all thanks for the interest and responses. I don't think it's ongoing JB...did you read the full thread? I cannot see what they could possibly do at this point that would eventually come back on them in a higher court. What more can I do other than the above? I essentially presented everything via paperwork that would have been formed in court if i'd have had the chance. I would agree that people have still been fined or imprisoned trying certain 'freeman methods' for want of a better term - but just because this is so does it mean the princples are not just, true an accurate? It depends on the individuals ability to access this knowledge and use it effectively. And i can safely say in my own personal experience it works!
There was no money paid for any fine, or bail or bond or anything like that - The only signature they have of mine is the one which says under duress. What can they lawfully do?

My hat is off to you Kev.

I read your entire post with pleasure and hope in my heart. I myself go to trial on the 27th of April, my own plight viewtopic.php?f=17&t=2366 or google Neil Jones Jill Dando.
I do actually want a trial, to not only prove my own innocence, but to prove the corruption which exists on the side of the Crown (police, judiciary etc, whom I fear are acting on behalf of sinister members higher up in the ranks of the British government intent on silencing me).

Although I want a trial, I have already suffered much wrong doing and injustice at the hands of this government, its representatives and the "Legal System" as a whole. To this end, hopefully with your consent, I may wish to use and adapt some of your processes to my own situation, as a safety net should injustice be the order of the day yet again, as although I have plenty of solid evidence in my favour, my barrister is concerned that a jury is often reluctant to go against the police regardless of evidence, and there is the added danger that if justice is done and the jury rules in my favour, the preciding judge can still overturn their decision, just as in the Jean Charles de menezes case.

Once again, I applaud your methods.
My very best,
Neil

Please remember manners, yes the 'trolls' often forget theirs

however two wrongs do not make a right

No one can refute that the living people of this world are the LAW,
its our choice to assert our duty to see that ourselves and our fellow man
are treated with respect, dignity and compassion whilst being firm with those
who violate the common law.

the dead 'corporations' cannot rule the living except thru deception
and mostly our laziness and ignorance.

Hey jones, thanks for that.

One thing i've learned from my experience is that the court is not a place to be feared...if anything it's supposed to be enjoyed. Justice and Truth are good things and the pursuit of these things should be enjoyed and relished. Yes they are corrupt and yes, if given the oppurtunity they will use force, but still...what choice have you got? To be in a position top stand up for your own rights and as such the freedoms of every man and woman is one that should be taken on fully without reserve.
What more is there to life if we have not got freedom? And this ideal is one that is so worthy that countless souls have fought and died for. The difference with our age is that we might just pull something of so big and so great that it will free future generations from the tyranny we've woke up and found ourselves in and...we can do it without violence, weapons and guns. In fact our weapons are our love, compassion and determination. so my hats of to you friend as you bravely take the stance.
I would be honoured if you used any of my paperwork and would say it's merely my own interpretation and application of this wonderfull knowledge that was brought by people before me... so hats off all round guys! To the ones who paved the way for us, to the ones on the frontline now and to every other man and women who holds freedom close to their hearts!

siochan agus saoirse mo cairde! Peace and freedom my friends!

Kev
