Scottish Court Service goes Corporate

Scottish Court Service goes Corporate

Postby Piper » Fri Mar 19, 2010 5:47 pm

From April 2010, a new service called the Scottish Court Service (SCS) takes over from the present system.

I note that part of the Service is Fine Enforcement and Revenue.

As this Service is a Corporation, how will the "NO CONTRACT - RETURN TO SENDER" apply to any of their letters?
Suggestion? Comments?

Any corporation or company such as the courts, police even Labour is created on a piece of paper.

With that being said, it's an act. That gives birth to a new corporate body. You can tell already where the legaleese fits in here.
The English language is quite a strange thing when you break it down. As John Harris can tell you.

Regardless of a name change which most companies do to avoid being audited or taxed. It's the same processes. Nothing can be created that has any real legal power over us as soverigns. We can only play as an actor by consent and representing the fictional entity.

I would always put on the back NO CONTRACT - RETURN TO SENDER to any letter. It's a company, they can pay for everything else. :D
