After 5 years of refusing to pay Income Tax they now credit money to me I have never paid!
For over 5 years I have personally refused to pay any form of Income Tax on the grounds that it is un-Lawful for me to give aid and support to Traitors to the Crown.
By paying Tax I am in breach of the 1848 Treason Felony Act which quite clearly states that I cannot give this government any aid or support for they still continue to act treasonously against our Queen on a daily basis and have done for many years previously.
Still to this day I have not been brought to trial nor is there any trial pending for my refusal to pay. In fact they have just credited money back to me and wiped clean a complete Tax demand without me even paying a single penny.
Why won't they prosecute me, I wonder? I do keep asking them to take me to court but for some reason they keep refusing!
Funny how the credits come to exactly what they say I owe, even though I have never filled in a Tax Return for the two years shown and they have even credited back to me the fines they imposed!

The reason i beleive they are still paying you and refusing to pursue their demand for an out-standing tax bill is, solely because any demand for a tax is illegal! This same action is taking place in the USA; suggest write tio the corrupt Chancellor and also liar Borwn and ask for any such legal document that says you (or any other English man) is legally liable for any such form of taxation. I have no doubt they will never reply with any such document as legally one does not exist in Law.

It might not be a bad idea to have a copy in pdf or word doc. files of the affidavit sent to Her Majesty should others wish to follow your example - albeit with inclusion of their own witnesses from a Solicitor and independant.

Don't want to be the bearer of bad news,as I hope John kicks Gordon's arse, but in the USA a group of people claimed that there never was a law passed that enabled the government to levy a tax on income. Wesley Snipes was one of their leading lights, and he has just been sentanced to serve time.
We have a different legal system here, and different laws, so I'll be watching how all of this unfolds, as I am seriously thinking of following John's courageous lead.

It is correct that it is illegal for the US Government to make its citizens pay income tax. It was introduced after the illegal opening of the Federal Reserve [private] Bank so the US Government was able to repay the money it now had to borrow from the private bankers rather than printing their own money.

I think you made the mistake for believing the media though people are routinely jailed in the US and UK for crimes which don't exist and stories are used to manufacture public opinion. By law there is no requirement to pay an income tax or to file a return in the US. The legal system effectively sits in front of the private bank protecting the money flow though it relies on a slight of hand. Some people know this and a US attorney went through this battle with the US authorities only a few months ago, as he knew the law it was all thrown out of court.
Such things tend not to make the headlines but to allow income tax to be payable in the states this would require a change in the law which would bring rather inconvenient matters to the public attention as such money is demanded with menaces, indeed an armed stake out and a wholesale media assault for one poor husband and wife who just left the legal process in total disgust. Case celebres are used to send a message to the public.

You do have to be
You do have to be self-Employed as you have clearly stated you are taxed at source.
Interesting point though for when the PAYE system was first introduced in 1943, it was actually un-lawful and still continues to be! Under article 61 of MC1215 we have the lawful right to withold taxes if we feel we are being governed unfairly, to be able to do this we must first be in control of our own tax payments. To remove tax from source stops our abillity to do this, so thus it is un-lawful under Common Law.
Also the Felony Treason Act 1848 say's it is un-lawful to give aid and support to traitors to the crown, (the Crown being her Majesty) by paying tax to these traitors we are in fact acting un-lawfully.
Why not contact the tax office and demand every penny you have ever paid to them back, on the grounds it was un-lawful for you to pay them in the first place. We can prove that treason has been committed by successive parliament's since 1910, so just pick what year you first started paying tax under the PAYE scheme.
I would be very interested to see what their reply would be! It would also make the person who read's the letter think as they most certainly would be paying tax under the same scheme.

You know what we all use the reduced services that pass for policing, NHS care etc. I will give you one example of how misguided you are if you think that paying your taxes will do anything but lead to an erosion of all services. I am an ex- staff nurse and left for many reasons all to do with sub standard care. Whilst being told to send patients home knowing that they were still sick and that they would inevitably be readmitted once. twice , three times ( being used to meet govt targets set and met by non- nursing bed managers) or in some cases die, the hospitals are paying out 400% profit plus to pharmaceutical companies for meds such as paracetamol, temazepam, aspirin etc. which our trained pharmacists could make themselves. Plenty of money in the NHS but only for govt corporate friends nothing for patients, nurses. Of course Doctors get incentives from the likes of Glaxo Kline Smith etc. holidays to Bahamas etc. if they prescribe their drug the more they prescribe the better. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I think it helps explain politics to add another part to that iceberg and demonstrate the illusion of elections It was Margaret Thatcher who injected additional management into the NHS saying it was a temporary measure as politicians sometimes do. She proudly went to the nation saying each year in power, allowing for inflation, more funds were injected into the NHS. This was not an issue relating to patient care and she closed down much of the psychiatric system.
The nation could easily afford medical care second to none, it cannot afford the NHS, though this is being shut down now with assets being transferred out of the UK, the reason the PFI system was instituted.

They won't prosecute you because because you haven't broken the law. By not paying tax you are staying within the law and not aiding the traitors in our Government. To take you to court for tax evasion would highlight just who is actually guilty of a crime, and that crime is TREASON by our Government!

Sorry, I have only just come across this page but well done for finding a way to avoid income tax, not sure what would happen if we all did that - but can you tell me why the government are traitors - how have you defined it? and does the Queen herself define them as traitors? Sorry if I am being dense, I just haven't read your website so perhaps I would find your responses to my questions there...

I am not sure that war would result if the masses stopped paying taxes.
I think that it would lead to a breakdown of the political system and there would be beaurocratic revolt and an attempt at martial law.
This would be ineffective if there was a large enough number of the population that was well enough organised to cope with the various strategies that would be flung at us all.
England being run by a kakistocracy is bad enough but they serve the oligarchs and we pay this.
Various scams and frauds to keep us in place are the governments mainstay, eg - global warming scam, peak oil fraud, various import taxes - england is know as Treasure Island by the large international manufacturers.
Gordon brown is responsible for giving the bank of england (which includes the royal mint) operational independence in 1997 which meant that the government had no guidelines or control of the overseas investment in the sub prime market which we are all paying for now as it backfired on the major banks esp northern rock.
Our political system is morally redundant and has been for a great many years.
If government was subverted by means if taxation then it would have to be replaced by a system deemed to hold our (the populations) best interests at heart and as we all know absolute power corrupts absolutely so would we end up being any better off.
I think so and it would make a change from the complacent resignation that most people I encounter suffer from and give us a chance to evolve society a little more towards fairness.
I would certainly nationalise the banking system which is at the heart of all our political woes.

All people must make a stand, most of us realise that 911 was a hoax that led to war and the theft of huge amounts of taxpayers money.
