Met Police officers to be 'microchipped' by top brass in Big Brother style tracking scheme
Every single Metropolitan police officer will be 'microchipped' so top brass can monitor their movements on a Big Brother style tracking scheme, it can be revealed today.
According to respected industry magazine Police Review, the plan - which affects all 31,000 serving officers in the Met, including Sir Ian Blair - is set to replace the unreliable Airwave radio system currently used to help monitor officer's movements.
The new electronic tracking device - called the Automated Personal Location System (APLS) - means that officers will never be out of range of supervising officers.
But many serving officers fear being turned into "Robocops" - controlled by bosses who have not been out on the beat in years.
According to service providers Telent, the new technology 'will enable operators in the Service's operations centres to identify the location of each police officer' at any time they are on duty - whether overground or underground.
Although police chiefs say the new technology is about 'improving officer safety' and reacting to incidents more quickly, many rank and file believe it is just a Big Brother style system to keep tabs on them and make sure they don't 'doze off on duty'.
Some officers are concerned that the system - which will be able to pinpoint any of the 31,000 officers in the Met to within a few feet of their location - will put a complete end to community policing and leave officers purely at the beck and call of control room staff rather than reacting to members of the public on the ground.
Pete Smyth, chairman of the Met Police Federation, said: "This could be very good for officers' safety but it could also involve an element of Big Brother.
"We need to look at it very carefully."
Other officers, however, were more scathing, saying the new system - set to be implemented within the next few weeks - will turn them into 'Robocops' simply obeying instructions from above rather than using their own judgement.
One officer, working in Peckham, south London, said: "They are keeping the exact workings of the system very hush-hush at the moment - although it will be similar to the way criminals are electronically tagged. There will not be any choice about wearing one.
"We depend on our own ability and local knowledge to react to situations accordingly.
"Obviously we need the back up and information from control, but a lot of us feel that we will simply be used as machines, or robots, to do what we are told with little or no chance to put in anything ourselves."
He added: "Most of us joined up so we could apply the law and think for ourselves, but if Sarge knows where we are every second of the day it just makes it difficult."
Another officer, who did not want to be named, said: "A lot of my time is spent speaking to people in cafes, parks or just wherever I'm approached. If I feel I've got my chief breathing down my neck to make another arrest I won't feel I'm doing my job properly."
The system is one of the largest of its kind in the world, according to Telent, the company behind the technology, although neither the Met nor Telent would provide Police Review with any more information about exactly how the system will work or what sort of devices officers will wear.
Nigel Lee, a workstream manager at the Met, said: "Safety is a primary concern for all police forces.
"The area served by our force covers 620 miles and knowing the location of our officers means that not only can we provision resource more quickly, but should an officer need assistance, we can get to them even more quickly."
Forces currently have the facility to track all their officers through GPS devices on their Airwave radio headsets, but this is subject to headsets being up to date and forces buying the back office systems to accompany them, according to Airwave.
Steve Rands, health and safety head for the Met Police Federation, told Police Review: "This is so that we know where officers are. Let us say that when voice distortion or sound quality over the radio is lost, if you cannot hear where that officer telling you where he is, you can still pinpoint his exact position by global positioning system.
"If he needs help but you cannot hear him for whatever reason, APLS will say where he is."
Just a small point
Nobody here as yet has talked about the capabilities of these microchips, I refer to the additional functionality that may be built into them.
For example, as emmiters do they send various streams of biometric data on the indiviuals who have these chips? is this information stored and studied? if so what would it reveal? every sexual encounter?, each time an officer lies? stress levels? a moment by moment account of how they feel emotionally 24 hours a day as they do their jobs, and afterwards in their no longer private lives?. sciences ability to interpret a persons biometric data is phenomenol in this day and age, you would be horrified to know just what can be done with it.
Can frequencies be pulsed into the chips themselves to affect the carrier?, if this is so then I can assure you that whomever receives one of these will be open to serious abuse, it is well documented that ELFand ULF (ultra low frequencies), have a tremendous effect on human physiology, triggering powerful mood swings, anger, drowsiness, euphoria, fear, paralysis etc.
For example, experiments have been done that have successfully duplicated the techniques and results of acupunture in an electronic frequency carrier, were you to pulse this through an individuals body it would react accordingly, say, to reduce back pain. The only problem is mis-use of acupuncture can induce enormous pain or paralysis, it could stop you breathing, put you to sleep or stop your heart, in ancient china the opposite of acupuncture was known as 'death hand' and is still practised today. Interestingly, the greatest known practioner of this martial art's wife is a leading chinese doctor, an expert in acupuncture.
Then there is the health question of these chips, studies, (being carfully ignored by the media) have been done linking microchipping directly to cancer in many dogs and other pets that have been microchipped. It seems that constantly broadcasting frequencies from within and to within an living being, is highly dangerous, its obvious really, as we know how damaging cell phones are.
Assuming that the 'safety' of these officers is not the real reason for these microchips to be implanted (lets face it when has this or any government ever cared or spent lots of money on the safety of anyone?) I suppose we'd better start thinking what the real reasons might be.

I also feel there is another more simplistic reason for this to be employed for those who fear loss of control, as the fear of them diminishes, by the many.
It is just a simple filter to find out who will comply and who will not. They simply need to know who is on their side and this is the perfect filter.
But their logic is flawed, by the panic that drives them, which is now more evident than ever before and the rift they will create will just re-enforce our ranks, for all that resist will suddenly realise that what we are saying is true, as many all ready do.
As the months go by and their panic turns to fear, many more people will swell to the truth and honesty being released by all with these qualities residing in their hearts.

To have society where one human being rules over other human beings requires that one life is more important than another. When that happens you have George Orwell's 'animal farm', death and devastation is the consequence of a such a seperation of power. It relies on a con, this con is hidden by many more cons and ultimately the weight of all those cons callapses. Such is much of human history. To give an example of a core con, the dictator disguises the agenda by saying we will be ruled by law, this requires the rest of the population not to realise this is a lie as it is the ruler who is making up the laws.
A tyrant is blind, historically by excessive inbreeding and disease. The blind goal in the agenda of power requires the means to eliminate all opposition. If all opposition is eliminated the ruler rules over nothing, whereas a true king is master of their own life. There are always a few tyrants around, they tend to kill each other as when a group of German freemasons took the British crown from the Dutch. One of the biggest problems is the media, people end up brain washed and unable to realise the truth even when they have it.

The crown corporation is built on layer and layer of deception and this extends to the police force itself who have no more rights than any member of the public though police officers I interviewed had been trained to believe the public had no rights and they owned it all. That is incorrect, the police are part of a body corporate known as the crown corporation, they were set up based on a fraudulent document privately funded by the mercers and run by the freemasons. (Some may recognised the masonic emblem that the new mayor of London was wearing only today.)
What may confuse the public is that the British public substantially fund the police service. That is only proof of the con, the public are paying for a corporate entity which has no accountability to them and where challenge on a constitutional basis is regarded as trespass. It is a closed loop protection racket, the IPCC is staffed by the home office, police who are themselves members of secret organisations and whose senior leaders are compromised by child abuse and similar extremities that allows them to be ruled by shame.
I attempt to expose some of these details, can evidence many of them but am concerned that people may have been brought up watching westerns and believe in the cavalry. The cavalry were acting on instructions of the crown corporation when they committed genocide against the peace loving and native Americans, peoples who I expect the public to be hearing more about quite soon. It is down to individuals to reclaim their lives, choose their own destiny and hopefully realise this is what best serves mankind. To confuse the public fronts like the tory and labour parties have had to hide their true purpose for a long time because people would not accept the truth they seek to impose.
The people in public office are there because of weaknesses. I don't expect for a minute that Ian Blair would be able to hold down a job in a chip shop. The resources of England are the people, it is by and large their good will that has been misdirected to bring us to this point and properly informed will seek to preserve the best the nation has to offer.

Bugger me... how are they going to continue popping into the local massage parlour... the only time they are in complete harmony with the judiciary... for a quick blow job... or attend a pub lock-in... or Nurses Home shagfest... while on duty?
Of course, the Thick Blue Line will also be monitored off duty as well and our ruling elite aka NWO will know in advance if someone decides to feel their collar... as will all criminal and terrorists who hack into the system. I suppose we will soon see images of PCs sharing kennels with lost mutts waiting for their sergeants to identify and claim them back, after accidentally escaping from their police station.

Thank you for the time and effort you have put into this site. As time goes on hopefully more and more people will find it increasingly harder to pretend that 'everything is okay' and will take it upon themselves to research and discover the truth for themselves. I sought legal advice in relation to Ian Blair following the execution of a member of the public on the London underground and was advised that the legal position is unequivocal and required the arrest of Ian Blair. Should that happen I have further information of direct relevance in support of a murder enquiry.
As for the microchips, these are not what is being shown to people, they are being heavily promoted by a private company run by freemasons known as ACPO. Historically it is important to monitor the number 2 at Scotland Yard, on 1 May 1999 Paul Stephenson was appointed. Whilst Common Purpose has come to popular attention the enemy within is often unnoticed and a new political layer of control was set up as the executive command of police forces in the form of service authorities trained, staffed and run by Tavistock and MI6. Quite recently I was able to evence one of these people was the person who wrote what the public are led to believe are news stories eminating from another private corporation known as the BBC.
The UK police currently take command from SOCA, part of the UN global policing and intelligence network, formed 1st of April 2006 under a name to disguise what this is, a private agency with no legal accountability within in England. SOCA perform a number of UN functions, the asset recovery agency since the 1st of April this year. In relation to SOCA public arrest warrants remain outstanding against Stephen Lander, Bill Hughes, Trevor Pearce, James Gamble and Andrew Mulholland.
As many on this site refer to the EU, the UN global authority was set up from within the UK funded mainly by what one of their plantations. The EU is just an administration region for one of the three global subdivisions and is neither autonomous, sovereign or accountable.

The Americans were led to believe they started and they won the war of independence, they even celebrate their enslavement. They say all roads lead to Rome, but nearly all of them pass through England.
Your article mentions fiat money, the central banking system is far worse as all notes are loan notes, repayable by all people (I use the word people in the legal sense) and if researched all complete nonsense as arrangements are such that debts could never be repaid. People vote, people pay taxes so unfortunately these games have gone on for rather a long time. Through the legal fiction of 'people', populations are assets and as the economy is operating several times over the means to repay, people become liabilities. When the term 'overpopulation' is stated by politicians, this is substantially what it is referring to, 'people' have been harvested for their worth and most of them are no longer required.
