All the pictures have been taken in my local area Sea Mills, Bristol. The text was taken from Avon and Somerset's website. It's nice to see our Council Tax being used to make the Communities "feel safe and be safe".

Did you know the police are not allowed to attempt to put out car fires with their on-board extinguishers, even if the fire is only minor, they have to call the fire brigade and watch it burn till they arrive. Pathetic!

People are empowered by their own minds, human beings can choose to put out a fire or start one and I should think most humans have done both.
This disablement is systemic, by way of example the fire brigade have been similarly subverted from the top down. Their role is containment, not to put out fires as a military police state requires the ability to seize property or destroy it, fire is one method that the state has used both on properties and cars. As a further example the fire brigade are not 'allowed' to peform a fireman's lift and rescue people, however again what they do do is their choice.
People in positions of power have been placed there because they follow orders without question, often because of the compromises that are used to control them. As human beings we make mistakes, people in public office have a false image and fear that being exposed as such, thus it is that most of the UK and is ruled by shame. Shame is simply denial of truth.
I investigated the fire service and presented some of the details on the internet only for a fireman to come online and be rather sceptical of what was happening though he had a questioning mind to be there. He was arrested, his crime was asking questions and through that misfortune he is not sceptical any more.
