Lady of 83, student of the British Constitution - stands up against our Treasonous Government
Will We the People support her? Or, as it has become

As one flagrant breach of the Constitution is piled onto another, Mrs. Elizabeth Beckett is one of those who is prepared to stand up and fight.
When she discovered that her council tax bill was being used as a vehicle to extract money from her for a European Union inspired regional assembly, she went on the offensive.
She launched four legal cases against the government citing erosion of the Constitution, Breach of Contract, Breach of Trust and for Treason and Legal Fraud. Each time her paperwork was sent back marked “No such case known in Law”.
LEGAL FRAUD
Now she is refusing to pay the local tax on her Old Vicarage house in Alston, Cumbria, and has been the subject of considerable harassment by bailiffs.
Mrs. Beckett, whose father was Ronald Brymer Beckett, a High Court Judge, has researched the British Constitution and states that there are three general principles governing the system of raising money for public purposes by compelling the payment by individuals of sums of money called taxes.
1) Subjects of every state ought to contribute to the support of the Government as nearly as possible in proportion to their respective abilities; that is, in proportion to the revenue that they respectively enjoy under the protection of the state. In the observation or neglect of this maximum consists what is called equality or inequality taxation.
2) The tax that each individual is bound to pay ought to be certain and not arbitrary. The time, manner and quality of the payment ought to be certain and not arbitrary, clear to the contributor and to every other person.
3) Every tax ought to be so contrived as both to take out and keep out of the pockets of the people as little as possible over and above what it brings into the public treasury of the State.

Mrs, Beckett has refused to pay her council tax to Eden District Council since discovering that some of the council tax money is then illegally siphoned-off for use by the European Union to create a new regional authority under its control.
Mrs Beckett believes her rights under the British Constitution are being flouted because the local authority is attempting to coerce her into payment of the rates before she has had the opportunity to appeal the matter to a higher court.
She says she has received numerous letters from council officers and visits from bailiffs to her old vicarage home in Alston, Cumbria, where she has been threatened with forcible confiscation of her property and with bankruptcy
Mrs. Beckett, who was a District Officer’s wife in India, believes that adding onto local taxes the cost of illegal immigrants or local assemblies that are a link to the European Union, itself a body not allowed under our Constitution, is illegal. Money raised for local councils should be described as a service charge, not a Tax.
Mrs. Beckett says the adding to our Service Charges of other items stems from the 1911 Parliament Act when the Marxists, Socialists, Fabians and Sinn Fein and the Liberal Government under Asquith took the power of Taxation from the King and the scrutiny of the Lords, so that the party that gets into power can tax in any way they like without any supervision or control.
“That Act is to this day illegal, but the words used to destroy the Lords were the same words used to get rid of the Queen’s authority,” she said.
“Our Constitution is clear:
We the people hold the power (we are a democracy but we are also a Constitutional Monarchy) but for the power of Government and giving assent to Bills, we give the power known as the Royal Prerogative, to the Queen to govern. She governs in our name and according to the laws that we brought in to prevent her or the people in Parliament, from taking over power.
Unfortunately this has been done both in the 1911 Parliament Act and in the Reform of the Constitution Act of 2005 when Blair and Lord Falconer took over the power we had given to the Queen for her lifetime. They then gave to Parliament the right to decide on whether or not to go to war instead of putting the power under our laws that say we cannot go to war unless someone is attacking us.”
TREASON
Last week Mrs. Becket was told by a senior civil servant that Acts of Parliament now go straight into Law. They no longer require Royal Assent because the Queen’s agreement is automatic, due to Queen Anne being the last Monarch to refuse to accept a Bill passed by both Houses.
“This is not in fact true as both George III, Queen Victoria and Edward VII all sent Bills back. This is a very serious matter as it means that all Bills that have not had assent are in fact invalid. “What this government has done is take from the people their inherent power under the Constitutional Law. This is the birthright of the British people and their sovereignty under the Act of Settlement.”
The fact is that the British people are now fighting a ‘war from within.’

They warn us again of the crime on our streets,
and put up the taxes to pay for more police.
“There are enemies among us.”
Yes we know, you keep telling us,
but it’s not religious zealots or suicide bombers.
The enemy around us has come in disguise.
A chameleon among us, with ‘all seeing eyes’.
They have ‘common purpose’ and communist spies.
Their ultimate goal is to control all our lives.
From EU HQ to the local town halls,
they corrupt and embezzle and infiltrate all.

as our traitorous leaders sign away,

I was sent the following comments which I was thought were most interesting. Although six weeks ago I did in fact take the bull by the horns and took my cars off the the road.
Firstly, I have lost weight, and better still by not paying ridiculous pump prices, I am indeed saving a fortune, and thats without saving on insurance and car tax.

We need to take some intelligent, united action. The oil companies just laughed at last year's action because they knew we would not continue to 'hurt' ourselves by refusing to buy petrol. It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them. BUT whoever thought of this idea, has come up with a plan that can really work.

By now, you're probably thinking petrol priced at about $1.50 is cheap.
It is currently $1.90 for regular unleaded.
Now that the oil companies and the OPEC nations have conditioned us to think that the cost of a liter of gas is CHEAP at $1.50, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS control the marketplace...not sellers.
With the price of gasoline going up more each day, we consumers need to take action.
The only way we are going to see the price of petrol come down is if we hit someone in the pocketbook by not purchasing their petrol! And, we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.
How? Since we all rely on our cars, we can't just stop buying petrol.
But we CAN have an impact on petrol prices if we all act together to force a price war.
Here's the idea: For the rest of this year, DON'T purchase ANY petrol from BP
the biggest price-up driver company.
If they are not selling any petrol, they will be inclined to reduce their prices. If they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow suit.
But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of BP petrol buyers. It's SO simple!
Now, don't wimp out on me at this point...keep reading and I'll explain how simple it is to reach millions and even BILLIONS of people!!
I am sending this note to 20 people.

Some good news at last. In the face of globalisation, British and US unions have linked up. Lets pray, and I mean pray, that the unions now use their huge amount of untapped power wisely and bring the capitalists’ greed to heel, once and for all time..
Those of you who will remember Red Robbo and his infamous speech on British Leyland, ie We’ll Close ’em We’ll close ’em, will be only too aware, and weary, of the complete waste of opportunities that union power has let slip away, together of course with British Leyland.
Red Robbo closed them alright, but I don’t think he was as stupid to have meant for them to be closed permanently, thereby cutting the guts out of the Midland economy and causing so much distress to many thousands of families who were dependant on British Leyland and all the ancillary production related factories. Notwithstanding that, indirectly the lunacy of Red Robbo legacy paved the way for the great Thatcher revenge on the unions––and naturally we, the people as usual, all lost out!
We can all learn from that, of course only if we want to!
Moving on to flicking as I do, across the online newspapers, each and this morning! “Mind you” as my grandad would say, its not recommend for those with weak tummies! In fact it is a rather sickly experience for anyone with a stake in the British economy, and the way it is run i.e. that means all of us folks.
Today However, I found some even more rather disturbing thought provoking headliners. I wont name the papers they come from as I don’t wish to show a bias towards those I read, and those I would not put in the little house when the convenience of Tesco’s super soft has run out.
So here we randomly go–-
Confidence in the UK's economy evaporates – Biggest slump in consumer confidence since the onset of the last UK recession in autumn 1990
House prices fall at record pace – House prices have suffered their biggest annual fall since the property slump of the early 1990
Holiday misery as air charges soar – Shorter flights will also cost more
Support for Labour slumps to lowest ever – Brown's personal rating among voters is the same as John Major's at his lowest point
As you can see the headlines weld together forming a perfect connected and obviously angry economic storm which is gong to, like it or not, rain havoc upon us all.
Trying to make sense of it all I came up with the following.
House prices are falling which is causing consumer confidence to slump. Consumers today can’t even afford to go on holiday! This fact makes them feel even more febrile, and they take it out on Gordon Brown on the government whose ratings fall even further. And rightly so, as this is the man who reminds us all–constantly- how well he has managed the economy,
Then, and get this con folks, faced with falling tax revenues and slumping popularity Brown either bribes voters with tax cuts or is forced to take action to raise revenues. The first route digs a deeper economic hole and nobody believes him anyway; the second further destroys his poll ratings and consumer confidence. The major collateral damage in all of this has been the UK banks, specifically those that lend money for people to buy homes. Therefore, as most of you are reliant on the major banks, I put together a brief summary of where some of them started out this morning:
Bradford & Bingley: shares have fallen 40% this month,.
Barclays: shares trading at lowest level since April 2003. Actually a fall of 20% in real terms for investors.
Alliance & Leicester: a shade above last week’s all time lows of 406p. Alliance & Leicester shares have fallen 65% in a year. Inflation adjusted they have slumped 45% since float in April 1997.
No need to go on as its much of the same bile for them all.
However please don’t despair as reassurance is on the horizon, at least according to the as according to the Financial Times, as a major financial research institution believes the lending banks can cope with all of this.
They report that:
Britain’s banks and building societies could absorb a 20 per cent fall in UK house prices in a year without further denting their capital reserves.
So now well and truly reassured I can sleep well tonight, can’t I? But hang on a sec folks, being the untrusting miserable sod that I have been forced into becoming, just who came out with this overly comforting report on the state of our banks?
It has to be a well respected firm of investment bank analysts, obviously yes, as Mr Brown tells us constantly that he has ever got pudgy little finger on the button of public confidence over his version of how the UK economy is running. Therefore it is inconceivable that he, Brown, would let the wrong information leak out, or let an inappropriate firm of bank analysts run riot with public confidence on such a delicate topic of the state of our banks, which of course affects us all.
Therefore its safe to assume that we read in today’s press about the state of the banks must be right–yes?. Especially as it was none other than Moody’s, the highly prestigious credit ratings agency who presented such an analysis.
I was just about to enjoy another cup of coffee when it hit me! Hang on a minute I said to myself, and hurried to look back over some press cutting on the Sub Prime Lending crisis. And guess what? It was in fact none other than Moody’s, the highly prestigious credit ratings agency that labelled all those rubbish sub prime mortgage loans–-the ones that greedy banks lapped up and are now the source of so much interactional misery and suffering– as being built on firm foundations, when as we all know, and many of those who have lost their home though this gross mismanagement to their grief and despair, that they were in fact constructed on quicksand?
How could Moody do this? How could they be allowed to make such an obviously ridiculously wrong statement? How indeed?
This to me is clearly indicative of a worsen financial crisis still to come as when the British press unscrupulously and irresponsibly publishes such rubbish in a vane attempt to bring back public confidence as housing prices continue to decline. Brown whole economic “miracle”, was based upon raising house prices and raising house price was not based upon traditional “bricks and mortar” values, but how much money you could borrow, and the more the greedy and irresponsible banks were prepared to lend…the higher the house prices went..
I did in fact identified this impending disaster some fours years back, and wrote to Brown expressing my concern. I ended my letter with the comment that your chickens will come home to roost and will haunt you–just as well I did as I never got a reply.
But, with respect to all you, the people, heed this thought well please for your own security–There is no way in hell that UK banks can stand a 20% fall in house prices as this would be a yet another disaster for them as their equity value is secured, in the main, through maintaining high UK house prices.
Notwithstanding that, if more banks fail Brown cannot intervene as the Norther Rock bail out is considered to be illegal under EU law, and still under review––think on that one as its no wonder No 10 wants to send out reassuring messages–- even if they are false..
So back to the unions. Its obvious that they have failed themselves in the past, but now we need solutions for the future and indeed our very survival and safety. We need accountability in Britain and accountability structured around of punitive, heavily punitive penalties for those who fail in their public duties.
We need security of employment and that’s where perhaps a revitalise proactive Union movement can play apart in ensuring that local communities function well.
We need to do away with the honours system as many a good person, prima donnas as we all may be, have shut out the voice of protest in order to be recognised for their public service, however flawed it may have been, as long as it conformed to the policies of Westminster.
One of the reason our NHS Trusts have failed so badly is that those drawn from the local communities to sit on the boards, do so flattering themselves over simply being there, ever ready to conform to the whims of the often under qualified CEO whom they unwisely appointed in the first place.
It’s the same batch of old farts, who seem to pop up on any and all local committees where the expenses are good and the intellectual and leadership qualities are not too demanding, if indeed demanding at all.
I advocate the formation of dedicated committee of People's Councils which would be a fundamental component of a revitalised system of local government. This would be in addition to a town council and offer checks and balances with total executive power, shared perhaps with union representatives, and those with a genuine interest in motivated progress–-FOR THE PEOPLE!.
They would fully represent the people's will and aspirations. People's Councils would elected by the local people and accountable to local citizens.( NO MORE ONCE ELECTED–-THE PEOPLE WHO ARE THEY?).
Call them a vigilante organisation if you wish. In fact call then what you will but I can assure you in my world there would be no corruption and A complete, TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE full accountability to the people.
Imagine no NHS patients would die through filth related MRSA as if any fifth was found in “OUR” hospitals, which are the people’s hospitals, yours and mine, the law would be such that those responsible would be summarily and unquestionably hung for the offence of gross neglect of a public duty.!!!!!.
Based on my last paragraph I trust you will now exactly what I mean and where I am coming from. We the people have suffered the deception from those in authority for long enough, the time has come to say stop!

Something to bear in mind is that on 1st January 2009 we will be official in the EU for good. This means amognst other things that the EU can close Westminster. They are also going to put VAT onto the cost of buying a house so if you want to buy a £200,000 house it will cost you an extra £35,000 but only if the tax is not raised. There wil be VAT on all food, clothing and funerals. I also heard that we will all need to pay to be re-trained in our jobs or we will be sacked.

I wish to draw attention to a vote in Ireland next month for the Lisbon Treaty. This vote will shape Europe's direction and could change your lives forever.
In 26 out of 27 countries, people were denied a referendum and their governments voted YES, even though France and the Netherlands voted NO in 2005 when the original constitution was presented.
The Lisbon Treaty is 98% of the original and printed on small print which no one reads!
Only Ireland has to have a referendum.
If the Irish people vote YES, then the EU will become a legal entity with a constitution that:-
1) destroys democracy in 27 countries
2) removes nationality; nations become a territory
Summary
This is too detailed to mention here, but consider the aims of Islam are to destroy nations and replace democracy with Sharia.
If the Lisbon treaty is approved next month, old Europe is ripe for conquest.
Elected parliamentarians can not make or remove laws that are created by unelected and unaccountable working groups that answer to the equally undemocratic EU council.
The EU constitution overrides national constitutions affecting all aspects of government including defence, policing, trade and security.
National parliaments can only implement policy originating from the unelected EU council.
Privacy issues like religion are illegal so that your religion must be stated if you are applying for a job.
God is removed from the EU constitution.
The EU commission and council of ministers can even increase their powers without requiring a mandate from the people.
One scenario is that a law may be issued stating that Islam is the only religion of the EU and that Sharia law will replace existing legal systems.
Make no mistake. This could happen!!!

I take my hat off to Elizabeth she is one amazing lady. I have had the privilege of speaking to Elizabeth on many occasions and have helped in the typing up of her plaint to the High Court. Her Courage and sheer determination is second to none and she has my utmost respect. Each and every person in England should be humbled by this 83 year old Lady who is fighting for our Rights and Liberties There is One very important New Years Resolution that each and every person in this country should make this year and that is to Stand up and actively fight for your Rights and Liberties it shouldn't be one lady fighting for us we should all be doing it. One Amazing Lady
We can all see, at least those of us who chose to, what is happening in Britain today, and of course Elisabeth is absolutely right. I wonder how many public officials have her knowledge of constitutional law.
I did an A level in the subject and wish on time I hade followed its through. However the basics remain.
What we are all faced with in Britain today apart form the many abuses from government is that the public in general could not give a toss for what is happening.
This has been obvious to me for years, and its hard to convince people that they are throwing away their inherent rights. But they just sit back and let it happen.
Of course I could harp on and on, but let me simply say that I have always felt that New Labour has been a great insult and disappointment from almost day one. The Conservatives they replaces were no better so I gave them a while to expectantly await the great changes they promised.
When Frank Dobson took over the NHS I knew this party was a disaster, and of course I have been proven right.
Reading about the revelations of Mrs Blair and Prescott made me want to puke as they simply reaffirmed that the country has been in the hands of complete idiots for the past ten years and that the chief clown has finally got the control.
I think its time for all good true and honest Brits to make a stand. For example taxes could be slashed if we have efficient and competent administrators. Yet we have those who think only for today and themselves and naturally with that mentality to country goes to pot.
I have no doubt whatsoever that Tony Blair is a traitor and a war criminal. I have no doubt that for the misery and suffering he has caused Britain and the world that he should be tried and hanged. What was Nuremberg all about?
I have no doubt that Britain is heading for a grave social disaster and ultimately a very bloody revolution. And finally with a little regret I have no doubt what so ever that I will be there to tell you all–-I told you so. But no one likes a retrospective smart ar”se.
So please people please wake up. Wake up and take a look at the Britain we all have to suffer today Congested roads, filthy trains that don’t run on time, general filthy streets, a NHS that is killing more than it cures. Crumbling schools in a complete shambles. Gun crime, more drugs here than in New York and the sad overall dejection of the nation especially over the past 10 years–-I don’t think I need to continue, save to say it all could have been so much better.!
You just can not continue to build castles upon sand.
Public couldn't give a toss
It is a sad irony that today's public spirit of not giving a toss for the general good but only caring for oneself grew out of Thatcherism! It is going to be the downfall of the UK as so many people just won't put their head above the parapet because they see no immediate, personal advantage and are too damned selfish to think of the general good. We're doomed! Emigrate if you can!
MPs, the public and general apathy.
The problem that we have with our MPs is US, yep you, me, your friends, your family and those you know, and those you don’t, in fact the group of UK citizens known as the general public.
Once a person becomes an MP, that person in the eyes of many becomes a celebrity, a person to be seen with, hang around with, try to get to your function or garden party list etc etc.
You know what I mean as most of you out there are snivelling social climbers in any event and as long as you are–-ALL RIGHT JACK, then when bother with such mundane things as the better long term interest of Britain..
Of course your friendly vote catching, baby kissing MPs, once elected forgets that they are there to serve people, and as surely as helium sends a balloon racing up towards the stars, parliament has a similar effect on the heads of those that we send there, as it places them firmly in the clouds and as far away from the actual realities of daily life in the UK.
I have reached the stage in my life where I believe in telling straight, the way it really is, no punches pulled, and if you have a name to name.. then name it and be damned, as long as what you are saying is fully justified and defendable…..and Honestly so!
But then I have never been a diplomat and thankfully so!
We live in 2008 and have survived approximately five or six thousand years of diplomatic intercourse, to end up as we are today sitting right on the pinnacle of the millions that have been merciless slaughtered down through the ages as a direct result of diplomatic relations, and its still going on today, as in Palestine for example.

As far as Welsh MPs go. I think I tangled with most of the South Wales bunch
(especially that pathetic lot on the Welsh Affairs Select Committee), {aint much select about that gaggle of cronies! A look around Wales will clearly demonstrate} in an attempt to get them to do their best for the people of Wales.
We only ever had a real good ‘un, the only person in UK politics that I respect, apart from the visionary Enoch Powell MP, and would gladly doft my cap to, Mr Aneurin “Nye” Bevan MP, a really true social a man of great integrity and high moral values–he never sold out his principles to the demons of Westminster.
I was amazed at how complacent George Thomas MP, Lord Tonypandy, became, and Rhodri Morgan is, with such an illustrious predecessor to guide them.
I was able to face Martyn Caton MP, look him straight in the eye and tell him that he was a lying little shit, then just sit back and watch my words come true. Same with David Morris the former Swansea MEP, I was privileged to state, again eye to eye, that he was useless and only in it for David Morris and David Morris alone and to him the people were not even a consideration except at elections. I then set about petitioning for his deselection, and it worked, he got deselected..
However, I am a one man band and I prefer it that way as people are so fickle. But imagine what a collective effort could achieve!
I look at Britain now and to me its painfully obvious that we need to be rid of the present system of government for our own benefit.
I have been asked many times if I advocate a great social revolution to remove the current ludicrous administration, ( for Gawd’s sake take a long hard look at Brown then Clown and his gang) a revolution without any form of democratic rights or policies.?
I don’t have an answer for something I see as an inevitable occurrence totally independent to my thoughts or desires. Either Britain will implode, face an internal revolution, or simply fade away under The Treaty of Lisbon (also known as the Reform Treaty). This is a treaty that would alter how the European Union (EU) works through a series of amendments to the Maastricht Treaty on European Union (TEU,) and the Treaty establishing the European Community (TEC, Rome), the latter being renamed Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) in the process. The two consolidated treaties would form the legal basis of the Union, and combined constitute most of the content of the rejected European Constitution and Britain becomes another EU State of the EUROPEAN UNION only.
Unless of course you the people stop the bureaucratic juggernaut.
And sadly, this I doubt very much will happen! To me, and a number of informed others, we have found that you can never bring change, or beat this system working within this system’s rules.

I have no doubt that the function of the UK government is now so badly injured directly through the cancerous growth of corruption that its doomed to collapse in any event. How its goes down and how you the people survive is going to be entirely up to you–YOU THE PEOPLE!
But never forget also it’s the same people, who sat merrily through the murderous ten years of BLAIR! Before that the demise of the UK motor industry, the collapsed of the mining and steel industry, which is now thriving in many other countries, and so on and on and on. Now its looks as if TATA Motors of India will be making Jaguar cars, just the Germans are making our Rolls ,Bentley and famous world beating MINI.
Sometimes I think it would best to let the country take the final steps toward completely going to the dogs, especially when I think that we had the first, the world’s very first and finest, NHS and we the public, yes you bloody indolent lot out there all of you with a few exceptions, have allowed it to degenerate into a patient killer, and not the life saver that Nye Bevan intended for us, and as a shining beacon of socialism at work for the whole world to see and learn from.

Don't emigrate! Wherever you go, the situation is the same. I'm English but I live in Germany, where children who are homeschooled by their self-sacrificing and conscientious parents are routinely abducted by the police and Youth Welfare Office, placed in foster care, or sent to psychiatric clinics. Or the police collect the children every day and force them to go to a state school, where, of course, they are indoctrinated in socialist and scientific humanism, the occult, and encouraged to indulge in sexual immorality. Families who resist have their bank accounts frozen, cars confiscated, or are arrested and put in prison. I know of families who have fled to Austria or the UK in order to escape this persecution. The state's argument is that they don't want to create parallel societies. But you'll always have that anyway. Hitler introduced the Obligatory School Act (Schulpflicht) in 1933 and it's never been rescinded.

Having fairly recently spoken to Elizabeth I can personally vouch that she is a person of rare character and strength, and who can easily take on any alleged authority in this County without problem. Further, her use of the Constitution as defence is an extremely hard position to mount an attack upon.
Not only the above but her motives are in no way selfish, and she acts for all entrapped in this miserable kingdom of sycophants and Narcisists, and who lie and cheat there way into power for nothing other than their own self gratification, they make me sick to the teeth.

I have been a racist and a very bad one once in my life and then only for a brief time and that was at clifton rd junior school, he called me a barteward and i said it back to him but included the black, he was my friend before i said it. i had not learned about the slave trade i was a child and could not understand why he would not speak to me, but i refused to apologise because he threw the first insult and in my young mind i could not understand why adding the black made any diffrence, after two weeks of him not speaking to me i decided that i would apologise if he would explain whats so bad about adding an obvious diffrence between us.
that was when i learned as a child what rich and powerful people were capable off, he came to my house in woodfield rd and was not treated any different by my father who had been most likely killing a lot of people about twenty years before and had a army mentality, gambler, and smashed up the tv on a regular basis because his horse always fell at the last fence, every jockey was a fk---- illigitamate tool of the bookmaker, he must have killed a good few with passive smoke alone, but then again the goverment did not mind giving thousands of free ciggys to people to do there dirty work for them, one of my elder bothers ignored him for twenty years or so for throwimg his best friend out in a very unfriendly manner choosing at times to put his hand up to his face so that he did not have to see him whenever he walked passed, now thats what i call a protest, i never met my friends parents because they were ultra strict and christians apparantly and i have no idea what the new arrivals next door thought of my fathers ranting and raving but even as a old man he was way more scary than any of them clerics.

Mothers and Grandmothers
All the women in the Beckett/Hibbert family are tough, strong, opinionated and very determined. My mother ( Diana Hibbert) is very similar to Gania, (elizabeth) but a lot more discrete. Unfortunately the men are not so. I say this as a Hibbert, and i include myself here. I have reread my previous post and notice that I am guilty of posturing. My efforts for the cause are frankly pitifull compared to most.
I regret that Beau, (Elizabeths eldest boy, my uncle) (Much harrassed by me to be fair) does not enter into the fray, he has all the charm, contacts and sharp wits to realy help. (yes, this is a knife in the back Beau, because i know you will read this eventually, but its more of a push you in the right direction knife than anything else....!)

Ever telephoned for information only to find the person you want is in yet another staff development meeting?
With all these staff development meetings one would expect a council service of excellent with the full policies of Total Quality Management Systems (TQM) at work for the benefit of the residents at work 24 hours a day.
Well people a quick look around your locality will tell you that is not so–far from it!.
The average British Local Authority worker is a lazy self centred haphazard person wanting to do as little as possible under the heavily protected employment conditions available to them. They want earlier retirement protection while your retirement age is under review to go up. Their pensions are more than generous, and they often work under an over paid and poorly qualified CEO whose average pay is an obscene 120.000 a year plus, for doing very little. If all these people were innovated and motivated we would have the best country in the world. Lord knows our forefathers fought long and hard for our universal social rights.
The pure idiocy of this damned stupid concept of being forever Politically Correct will be the eventual death of Britain as we know it and our sacred Christian religion will soon succumb to Islam if clowns like the Archbishop get his way on Shia law. Etc etc.
You can not reprimand a bloody bin man these days if he spills rubbish on your lawn with repercussions!
But all the while its we the people who are allowing this sad state of affairs to exist.
Please take heed of today’s fuel protest and learn something. The country is going to pot in any event, rising prises are going to destroy so many and put Britain, and Europe for that matter, back to the Stone age–-so you have nothing to lose really through passive protesting!
Refuse to pay your council tax, its a greedy tax and far too high in any event, as your house prices are falling faster now than at any time previous.–-you are being nicely conned by a bickering unless government, run by brown the clown who really should be our collecting the bins.
All the wile its you foolish people who are paying for your own destruction–-look at your crumbling, roads your schools your decaying hospitals etc. Then look at the IDIOTS, COMPLETE IDIOTS, who run them–-they are all laughing at you –all the way to the bank.
If you stop paying you will bring about the radical change need to put Britain back on track–then you need to set up in every area an incorruptible peoples’ Watch Committee to ensure those in public service perform as their contract requires them to do. If not the newly created punitive law of Failure a Public Duty, which will ensure full and rightful accountability of all civil servants will be evoked. If found guilty the party concerned we lose all material assets and will learn that public service means a duty to the public and it is the public who are of paramount importance, for without us the people, what the hell is there?
