Elizabeth Update!!!
My dear friend Elizabeth was in court on the 25 September and this is the update.
Elizabeth was granted at this hearing 2 months to prepare for a Judicial Review concerning the liability order placed upon her for non payment of Council Tax.
In March this year Elizabeth was made bankrupt which she was at the time un-aware of until this hearing. Let me please remind you that Elizabeth is an 83 year old lady, in a wheel chair who receives very little in the way of an income from her pensions. Her standard bill before reductions is £2000 a year of which she receives a reduction of 50%, which means she still has to pay £1000 over the ten month period. £100 per month is still an absolute insult to people of Elizabeth’s age.
In particular this hearing was quite unusual, as judge Smith presiding asked for the court to be closed to the public, which would normally indicate that their was something sinister a foot. This turned out to be something quite different as I will explain.
At a previous hearing the judge residing gave Elizabeth leave to appeal the decision about the liability order. The next judge a women then refused point blank Elizabeth’s leave to appeal and therefore made her Bankrupt. Judge Smith has overruled this decision and has not only granted leave to appeal but also the judicial review. Behind the closed doors of the court room we can now actually see a judge siding on the side of justice and right, he in Elizabeth’s words “was a very nice man”
Recently Ashley Mote MEP was locked up for 9 months over a matter of fraud. The interesting thing is we are in contact with Ashley and he has advised us that within the prison he is serving in there are no less than 7 judges serving sentences with him. At this moment we do not know what they have been locked for, but after Elizabeth’s hearing it certainly seems that their are judges within the system, who know that things are not right. To have a closed court is very unusual, is this judge on our side? We will have to wait and see.
All in all this is an excellent thing to happen for the fight can continue and for this moment Elizabeth is safe in her house.

On another note Elizabeth gave me some new information concerning Hospitals and Council Tax.
As we know Council tax has different bands and one of them is Business Tax of which would you believe Hospitals come under. Each hospital has to pay an amount for every bed they have and it is quite a considerable amount of money. So is this the reason so many hospitals are closing entire wards for they can’t keep up the payments on the beds they house?
The existing Council tax liability is Illegal and is against our Constitutional Law. It is just away of Bankrupting the old and poor, it is away of incarcerating those who will not pay for the Traitors to the Crown to continue with their Treason. The next time you pay remember this fact!!!
