Please be aware at present we are in the process of updating our website and making many improvements.

Due to these changes the only advantage of registering as a member of the main site at this moment in time is that you will be emailed any new articles as soon as they are published.

If you wish to have an active roll in voicing your opinions and views then please register on the forum, you will have the chance to meet many like minded people and share your stories and views, you will also find a great deal of useful information and make many friends who are all there helping one another.
